with 3 people of the highest professional level, that report to the Quality
Director.
The main functions of the Repair and Calibration Center (TS) are:

- Repair hand tools
- Repair and verify pneumatic tools
- Repair, Calibration and Verification of torque tools
- Hotline for technical questions
- Guidance on use and maintenance of tools, machines, etc.

For the calibration of torque tools, the TS uses a Snap-on TTC2000
torque tester with mechanical loader.

• In confines spaces: accessibility.
Torque multipliers are precision tools that should be used with torque wrenches even
when loosening.
If the torque multiplier overloads, the tool can be seriously damaged. Product with
limited warranty.
Features
Accuracy better than ±4%
The torque multiplication ratio is the true torque ratio, no the velocity ratio. As an
example, to obtain a torque ratio of 25:1, the velocity ratio can be 29,8:1.
The differences are energy losses due to friction.
The torque multipliers indicated (see the table) are supplied in a leather carrying case.

Anti wind-up ratchet mechanism
Torque multipliers with a multiplication ratio of 15:1 or more include an anti wind-up
ratchet located at the input module.
This mechanism helps to contain the reaction that originates at the input, when
removing the wrench (or ratcheting back) in order to get more of an angle to retighten.
The non-existence of such a mechanism makes the use of the multiplier, in some
cases, uncomfortable, dangerous or quite simply impossible.
The anti-wind-up ratchet mechanism locks the multiplier onto the bolt once torque is
applied. The multipliers can then be used upside down, and will support their own
weight.
