The HP500 & HP550 are especially developed for hospital applications.
The machine’s design process was oriented to a combination of a compact unit and a maximum
flexibility.
Older devices were not forgotten. Tools for the production of unit dose blisters of the EAS unit
dose machines can in many cases be re-used.

Liquid dosing system
With the HP500 liquids can be
filled into a blister up to 15ml. A
Baxa repeater pump is used for
accurate dosing. The result is a
easy to use and safe blister for oral
liquids.
This simple
but
multipurpose blister machine allows you to pack not
only oral fixed forms, such as
tablets and capsules, but also
suppo's and even liquids.
Programmable cutting station
A maximum flexibility is guaranteed with the
programmable cutting station.
With the HP500, a blister can be made in more
than 1 machine cycle. The blister’s length can be
determined by a parameter in the control panel.
The final result is amazing ; a
beautiful good encoded blister
on which all information is present. The design and the quantity of information which is required is entirely in hands. Printing barcodes is no problem.

The HP500 is made out of stainless steel
and anodized aluminum. All parts have
been made according to the relevant rules
in the pharmaceutical industry.
