Wholesale Prices
50% off retail if your company has purchased one of our chart packages and have a Federal Tax ID number on file with us.
Designer Prices
15% off retail if your company has a Federal Tax ID number on file with us. There are no minimum orders for professional designers.
Minimum order
Once you have purchased a chart package there are no minimum orders, you can order as little or as much as you wish.
Ordering Extra Loose Samples
Loose samples are available at the wholesale rate. There is a $19.95 charge for shipping and handling.
Ordering extra tiles
We recommend 10% extra. This overage allows for the possibility of breakage during installation, for greater range selection, and extras in
case of damage in the future.
Return / Cancellations Policy
Tiles must be returned with in 15 days of receiving order. No refund on shipping. Customers must pay return shipping and a 25%
restocking fee.
Variation
Clay Squared works diligently to make our tiles consistent, but as the beauty of these creations is in their handmade character, variations in
shape and color are to be expected and to be enjoyed. Inspect your tile immediately upon delivery. In the event that tiles have been
damaged, or lost in shipping, a freight claim must be made within 5 days of delivery. Installation signifies acceptance and no post
installation adjustments will be made.
Payment
First orders must be be either paid by credit card, C.O.D., or prepay. After first order we will go to net 30. Credit cards can be put on file
and used for future orders. Credit card payment is not charged until the order is shipped.
Shipping and Handling
Most orders are shipped within three to four weeks of receipt of order. Larger orders, of 40 square feet or larger, can take longer.
Please inquire as to the current lead time when placing your order.
We have four shipping options
1. Orders under 2 square feet and samples, switch plates, and house numbers $10.75 flat rate
2. Cosmic Spots and Cosmic Clouds, Medieval, and Leaf series, the shipping and handling is 7% of the total order
3. Field tile shipping and handling is 11% of the total order
4. If your company has a UPS or FedEx we will ask for it to put on file and use it for shipping your projects and samples.

which is “Half-off”. Just type this into the coupon space at the end of your order and you will receive 50% off. Order online at
www.claysquared.com. If you fax your orders you must have a credit card on file with us or call in your credit card number. You may also
prepay or do a C.O.D.
Installation
Installation should follow industry guidelines, which can be found in the Tile Council of America publications “Handbook of Ceramic Tile
Installation.” Contact the TCA at www.tileusa.com for more information.
Exterior Grade Tile
Clay Squared has had its tile tested at American Engineering in St. Paul Minnesota. It has been rated for exterior and interior uses.
