TOGETHER IN COLOGNE.
This is just how bikers are: take a production motorcycle, completely disassemble it, only to rebuild it with many different parts,
creating an entirely new and personalised machine. This isn’t
crazy, this is customizing. In 2016, the scene will be integrated
into the industry’s leading fair under the name “INTERMOT customized” as a stand-alone “show within a show”, with its own
visual and specific pricing. Alongside the V2 custom scene, the
new wave custom scene is also addressed. In addition to the contacts to the scene, the exhibitors at INTERMOT customized will
also benefit from the presence of the many representatives from
industry and trade at INTERMOT. The array of products on show
ranges from modifications to clothing, all the way to parts and
equipment. An American Pavilion is also planned.

In addition to international business, INTERMOT customized will
offer professional expertise on site as a permanent feature of the
supporting programme. The “customized stage”, with expert talks,
interviews and music, will be a central element. The “Glass Bench”,
which celebrated its premiere in 2014, will likewise move further
to the forefront of the event, creating room for even more modifications.

The INTERMOT customized bike was built in 2015 by Marcus
Walz. Our team is already on the ground, working to bring the
scene to Cologne. In order to reach new target groups and attract visitors to the newly introduced INTERMOT “customized”
segment, both classic V2 gatherings and festivals of the New
Wave custom scene are on the agenda.
Highlight: The cooperation with Glemseck 101 – where, in September 2015, the team already competed in the International
Sprint with its own INTERMOT Custom Bike.
