Happy Anniversary Faire Harbour Landings!
Landings Real Estate Group purchased Faire
Harbour Landings six years ago on July 31,
2008. Then named Squire One Apartments,
it was renamed Faire Harbour Landings to
fit within the nautical area in which the
community is located. Since taking over in
2008, the community has seen many wonderful improvements from the addition of
the pear trees lining the streets, to the new
apartment doors and paint colors, and many
other great improvements. None of this
would have been possible without you - our
great residents - so
we’d like to thank
you for your loyalty
to us and this great
community that we
call home.

Known as the premier event of the summer in New London, Sailfest is a fun event
that takes place every summer. Tall ships, street vendors and a fantastic fireworks
display are just a few items to take advantage of during this fun-filled weekend.
Sailfest begins on Friday, July 11, 2014 and ends Sunday, July 13, 2014.
