“The Barn” was built within the beautifully restored stone walls of a 150 year old barn.
Rustic flooring, vaulted ceilings and hand crafted beams all add to the picturesque view
overlooking the fairways of the Flying Hills Golf Course.

Welcome to “The Barn”, where you make
the decisions for your gathering!
As a guest of “The Barn”, we offer you great
flexibility in planning your event. You choose your
caterer and menu. We will be happy to share our
listing of caterers from past events and welcome
meeting with your caterer.
The rental fee includes enjoyment of both floors of
the barn and lower level outdoor patio area— again
giving you many options as you plan your day. A tree
shaded deck area overlooking the pool and golf
course is an additional option to consider.
The rental contract includes round dining tables and
chairs, buffet tables and other miscellaneous tables.
All other needs are up to you and your caterer to
decide upon.
“The Barn” offers seating for guests on two floors, is
handicapped accessible, heated and air conditioned.
Intimate wedding receptions typically have guests
numbered at 125 to 130 - thus allowing a dance
floor area. Outdoor ceremonies may be performed
in our lovely garden adjacent to the lower level.
Past comments have described “The Barn” as a
welcome alternative to commercial type banquet

Answers to frequently
asked questions
Who is responsible for clean up ?
The facility cleaning is included in your rental fee.
However, your contract requires that all food &
beverage trash be removed from the building at the
end of your event.
May we have our wedding ceremony
at “The Barn”?
Yes. Either indoors or outdoors at our arbor under
pine trees adjacent to the lower level.
Is smoking permitted ?
“The Barn” is a smoke free facility. Smoking is
permitted outside.
May we serve alcohol ?
Yes. Alcohol may be served to age appropriate
guests, but NOT sold.
How long do I have use of the
building ?
Your contract allows use of the building between
the hours of 8AM-12 Midnight.
How do I reserve my date ?
A signed contract and non-refundable initial
payment reserves your date.

For those choosing to have their wedding at
the same location as their reception, “The
Barn at Flying Hills” offers a lovely garden
setting for the ceremony. A winding stone
walkway leads to the arbor under pine trees
while overlooking the beautiful Flying Hills
Golf Course. “The Garden” is located adjacent to the lower level of “The Barn” eliminating the need for your guests to travel
from one location to another.
“The Garden” is included in our pricing – use
it for your wedding ceremony, cocktail hour,
or outdoor space for the enjoyment of your
guests.
