Glazed Chicken
with Roasted Raspberry
Chipotle Sauce
1 Tbsp. Butter
4 Chicken Breasts
Sunset Seasoned Salt, to taste
1 Tsp. Spinach & Herb Mix
2 Tbsp. White Wine
1 Red Pepper, Sliced
/ Cup Roasted Raspberry Chipotle Sauce

Melt butter in frying pan, season chicken with Sunset Seasoned Salt, add to pan and
cook until golden (3 to 4 minutes per side). Add red pepper; cook for an additional
8 minutes. Add white wine, Roasted Raspberry Chipotle Sauce and Spinach & Herb
Mix. Cook until sauce is thoroughly heated and serve with vegetable side dishes
