JONATHAN EDISON
“Success Strategist” Jonathan Edison is one of the most compelling thought leaders and Motivational
Business Speakers today. As an expert in human development he delivers strategies, methods and tools
filled with insight and humor that consistently move people and organizations to their highest potential.
His personal Motto is “ Results don’t Lie, people do!”
Jonathan found the courage he needed within himself to rise above adversity. He enrolled in remedial
classes at Wayne County Community College. In 1993, he graduated with an Associate’s Degree as a
part of the Urban Teacher Program. In 1995 Jonathan continued his education at Wayne State University,
earning a Bachelor’s and a Master’s Degree.
After teaching for four years, at age 27 Jonathan became the youngest assistant principal in the history
of Detroit Public Schools. In 2004 he launched Edison Speaks International, a motivational and training
development company. Since then Jonathan has shared his “Strategies for Success” with over 500,000
people, authored four books and has spoken in over 40 States. Jonathan’s Fortune 500 clients include:
CVS Pharmacy, Daimler Chrysler, FBI, Folgers Coffee, General Motors, Hewlett Packard, McDonald’s and
State Farm Insurance.

CAMILLE MC MILLAN RAMBHARAT
Camille is a Mentorship and Personal Image specialist. She works to position young people,
and emerging and established professionals within their area of interest. In Canada,
Camille has worked as a Career Development Practitioner (Simon Fraser University
graduate) and a Certified Personality Dimensions® facilitator. Camille had a high success
rate as the Job Developer, placing job seekers in the chosen field. She has also had
significant success as a Mentorship Specialist, matching young and established
professionals, and using mentorship to overcome potential employment barriers. Through
all her work, Camille's strengths are spotting a "diamond in the rough", and motivating and
providing leadership skills to clients.

ANCIN COOLEY
Ancin Cooley is the founder and principal of Synergy Bank Consulting, Inc. Synergy provides
a suite of risk management services to financial institutions, which include loan reviews,
information technology audits, internal audits, directors' exams, and regulatory compliance
reviews. As principal, Cooley manages a growing portfolio of clients with assets ranging from
$100 million to over $800 million dollars.
Cooley brings more than 10 years of experience to the industry. He gained deep, first-hand
knowledge while serving as an examiner at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency
(OCC). During his tenure at the OCC, he performed safety and soundness examinations at
community and mid-size banks that ranged from $100 million to $8 billion dollars in total
assets. After leaving the OCC, Cooley worked for a regional accounting firm where he led
internal audits, as well as loan and pre-regulatory examiner reviews.
Cooley is a well sought-after expert contributor to a host of financial publications. He has
most recently been featured in Forbes Magazine and The Independent Banker.
Cooley holds a master’s of accounting and financial management degree from Keller
Graduate School and received a bachelor of science in business from Morehouse College.

CCCU Convention and Hotel Registration
Convention registration, hotel accommodation and ground transportation options will be fully computerized and
available from December 1st 2015. All registration must be made on CCCU’s registration website by following the necessary
prompts and guidelines which will take you from convention registration, hotel registration, ground transportation,
payment option then check out.
For group Registration where names are not readily available, the organization name or the name of one person can
be entered in the name field. At a later date, you have the option of returning to the file to insert the correct names.
Same process will apply for individual registrations that require name change.
Please note: All Registration Must be done online. Registration will not be processed via the head office or by the
Convention Co-ordinator.
The duration of your stay MUST be paid in FULL.
45 days before the convention date the hotel will release all unsold rooms; however, the hotel will accept reservations
on a space availability basis. The group rate will no longer be in effect. Please note that Reservation cancelled 30 days
or less prior to arrival, Full Payment will be forfeited.
Accommodation is available in Single, Double, Triple and Quad occupancy.
Please note, participants requesting double occupancy MUST identify their sharing partner when registering.
Failure to identify a partner when registering, the single rate will be applied. Participants desirous of staying on
after the convention or plan arriving before the convention dates; please note, the group rate applies 3 days
before and 3 days after the convention.
