Policies & General Information
• If you are unable to keep your appointment, we require a 24-hour notice.
If you cancel within 24 hours before your scheduled reservation, you will be
charged 50% of the total cost of your service. If you are a no show, you will be
charged 100% of the cost of your entire service.
• A 24 hour cancellation notice is required for all services. If there are two
consecutive no shows, we will no longer be able to schedule your reservation
without full payment of the service in advance. If you are unable to keep your
appointment, we require a 24-hour notice.
