Capable of creating custom-shaped, partially or fully desegregated stockpiles to fit maximum material
in minimum space, the SuperStacker™ certainly lives up to its name. The standard Cam-Arm linkage
maintains a constant radius from the pivot plate to the axle ensuring a true radial movement and
uninterrupted stockpiling. Enhance your SuperStacker’s™ performance with the optional Wizard Touch
Automated Control System. Offering preprogrammed performance to meet any job’s daily demand.
CAM-ARM LINKAGE
The Cam-Arm assembly maintains a constant radius from the pivot
point to the axles, ensuring a true radial movement and
uninterrupted stockpiling.
With a constant radius, a narrower runway can be used, thus less
concrete and money spent.
COUNTERWEIGHTS
Built-in counterweights are included in the overall fabrication,
eliminating the need for an external anchoring system.
Built-in safety saves time and money with quick and efficient set-up.
GULLWING AXLE
The gullwing axle assembly feature is standard and includes a road
transport walking beam and an independent gullwing radial travel
set of wheels.
The entire axle assembly is hydraulically activated which eliminates
the need for pins and/or chain removal for radial or road travel
— saving you time and money.

STOCKPILES
The KPI-JCI SuperStacker™ is designed to help customers meet increasingly demanding material
specifications. Available in various sizes, the SuperStacker gives producers the ability to stockpile
“in-spec” aggregate in larger piles with smaller footprints using fully automated PLC technology.
FULLY DESEGREGATED STOCKPILE
FULL STOCKPILE
Maximize capacity — approximately 30% more stockpile
volume than a conventional stacker.
Provides a partial desegregated pile, with some overrun
on the edges.
For applications that require fully desegregated stockpiles.
Automatic adjustment for radial movement, extend/retract

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHAT IS SEGREGATION?
The separation of material by particle size. As a rule of thumb, segregation becomes a problem when the smallest and
largest material sizes exceed a 2:1 ratio. Segregation is not typically an issue if the ratio of material size is less than 2:1.
WHY CONTROL SEGREGATION?
Proper blending of material sizes is essential to the integrity of aggregate products. High quality aggregate results in
longer lasting roads.
HOW IS SEGREGATION PREVENTED WITH A SUPERSTACKER™ ?
The stockpile is formed in layers of windrows by an automated control system. Windrows are achieved by controlling the
extension of the stinger conveyor, radial travel, and conveyor incline.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?
Non-segregated stockpiling creates an even blending of material throughout the stockpile, which increases product
quality. “In-spec” material prevents costly fines and expenses associated with reprocessing materials — saving you time
and money.

TRANSFER CONVEYORS
KPI-JCI has engineered transfer conveyors ideal for all types of operations. For semi-mobile or
in-pit portability, KPI-JCI Transflite™ Transfer Conveyors are the ideal solutions and available
in skid mount or dolly axle configurations. Channel or lattice frame overland conveyors are
available to cover longer distances, eliminating the need for haul trucks.
Our stackable conveyors can pack up to 480 feet of conveying power in a single truckload,
perfect for portable operations always on the move. For additional on-site portability, 3-pack
conveyors are configured to be towed away in loads containing up to three, 70-foot long,
wheel-mounted conveyors.
