Thursday, August 28th - Depart USA for your overnight flight to Ireland.
Friday, August 29th - Upon your arrival at Shannon airport you will meet your driver/guide and transfer to Dublin city for an
introduction to the city with a Panoramic City Tour. Then on to Kilmainham Jail.
Built in 1796, Kilmainham Jail has witnessed many of the events leading to Irish independence.
It has housed many patriots taken prisoner during the many rebellions witnessed in Ireland ~
from the United Irish Rebellion of 1796 to those prisoners taken during the Irish Civil War.
You will next visit the Guinness Storehouse. The Guinness Brewery in Dublin is
Europe's largest stout producing brewery and home to the Guinness Storehouse. Opened in
1904 The Storehouse was an operational plant for fermenting and storing GUINNESS. Today it
houses a very fine exhibition dedicated to the Guinness story. Visitors will discover what goes
into the making a pint of GUINNESS - the ingredients, the brewing process, the time, the craft
and the passion. The exhibition shows how the brew has been marketed and how it is today
sold in over 150 countries. The visit ends with a visit to the 7th floor Gravity bar to sample
first-hand the elixir of life ~ a pint of Guinness. Check into your Dublin hotel.
Saturday, August 30th - Game Day (B)
Sunday, August 31st - This morning depart for Belfast on arrival your driver will take you on a Panoramic City Tour
before you visit Titanic Belfast. Titanic Belfast recreates the story of the world’s most famous ship in a new iconic, six floor
building right beside the historic site of the original ship’s construction. Opened in April 2012 to coincide with the centenary of its
launch, the self guided journey begins on entering the building's giant atrium, where the visitor is surrounded by the four ‘ship’s hull’
shaped wings which house the Titanic Experience. Continue on to Derry and check into hotel before dinner. (B, D)
Monday, September 1st - Today you will tour the Antrim Coast. Your first visit today will
be to the Giants Causeway, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The new Visitor centre
explores the major themes of mythology, geology, landscape, ecology, culture and social history.
the causeway consists of 40,000 basalt polygonal columns formed 60 million years ago after a
volcanic eruption. Next you will visit the Old Bushmills Distillery the world’s oldest
licensed whiskey distillery having received its license to distil in 1608. The visit finishes in the
distillery pub where all are invited to partake of a wee Bush (a sample of Bushmills Whiskey).
On your way back to Derry you will stop at Dunluce Castle for a photo stop. Dunluce
Castle may look familiar to you, it has been a filming site for HBO’s Game of Thrones. Return
to your Derry area hotel for dinner and overnight. (B, D)
Tuesday, September 2nd - This morning enjoy a Walking Tour of the Derry City Walls. Derry was the last walled
city to be built in Ireland. 400 workers built these magnificent walls between 1613 and 1618. Walking the walls enables you to enjoy
the overview of the Bogside on one side and the Waterside on the other. Your next stop of the day will be at Grainan an
Aileach. Grianán of Aileach is a Ring Fort (circa.1000AD), built on the site of an ancient hill fort (circa.3000BC), said to have been
built by Dagda, a King of the Tuatha De Danann, in 1700BC. En route to Sligo visit Belleek Pottery. The guided tour covers all
of the production areas offering guests the possibility of meeting with the craftspeople, observing their craftsmanship working on
the different handmade pieces. Continue on to Sligo and check into your hotel for dinner and overnight. (B, D)
Wednesday, September 3rd - Before departing Sligo visit Drumcliffe Cemetery. Drumcliffe was an early Christian site
in at the foot of impressive Benbulben – the table top mountain. Today the principle visible remains of the monastic site are: The
High Cross, another plain cross, the stump of a round tower, the Church of Ireland and a graveyard. Drumcliffe is best known
worldwide as the final resting place of W. B Yeats. On arrival in Galway enjoy a cruise on Lough Corrib. The journey will take
you along the majestic River Corrib and onto the lake providing guided commentary in on the historic monuments and natural
amenities on this waterway that leads to the largest lake in the Republic of Ireland. There is an abundance of wild life and the Corrib
has a peace and tranquillity all of its own. Check into your Galway area hotel for dinner and overnight. (B, D)

Thursday, September 4th - Today enjoy a full day tour of Connemara.
Connemara, is a land of lakes and rivers, bogs and mountains. A land of small villages where
Gaelic is still the spoken language and where little has changed little since the beginning of
time. It is without a doubt the wildest and the most romantic part of Ireland. Visit the
Connemara Marble Factory. Located in the village of Moycullen, the Connemara Marble
Factory is owned and managed by the Joyce family. Their factory produces many fine products
from the green Connemara marble, unique to this area of Ireland. Connemara marble can be
seen in the Pennsylvania State Capital. Continue onto Kylemore Abbey is located in the
Kylemore Pass in Connemara. Facilities at Kylemore include a visitor centre, an exhibition
housed in the main reception rooms of the house a Gothic church and the Kylemore Abbey
Victorian Walled Garden. Return to your Galway area hotel. Dinner will be on your own at one
of the many Galway restaurants and pubs. (B)
Friday, September 5th - This morning depart for Dublin. Your first stop of the day enroute to Dublin will be at the Cliffs of
Moher. The Cliffs of Moher are one of Ireland's most spectacular sights. Standing 230 metres above the ground at their highest
point and 8km long, the Cliffs boast one of the most amazing views in Ireland. After your visit to the Cliffs you will continue on to
Dublin where you will be spend the night. Dinner with entertainment is included for this evening. (B, D)
Saturday, September 6th- This morning transfer to Dublin airport for your return flight.
