Our patented Long Bay® System is the
ideal solution when the equation includes
expansive and uninterrupted floor space.
This unique design encompasses open web
truss type sub-framing (based on load) and
spans up to 65', resulting in fewer interior
columns and additional roofing support.

NuRoof®
Tired of your flat, leaky roof? Mesco has the
solution for that too. The Mesco NuRoof®
Retrofit Application is our light-gauge
framing system, designed to rest atop an
existing roof. This prevents any unnecessary
interior exposure at the time of installation.
The NuRoof® pitch (as required) promotes
rainwater runoff. And, when combined
with a Mesco cool roof color, can increase
roof reflectivity.

Insulated Metal Panels
Mesco Insulated Metal Panels (IMPs) comprise two single-skin metal panels and a foamed-in-place core interior.
Our IMPs qualify as continuous insulation under the International Energy Conservation Code® (IECC) and ASHRAE
90.1, and constantly maintain their R-value over time. When properly installed, the self-sealing side joints of IMPs
provided by Mesco allow the panels to perform as Continuous Air Barriers (CABs).
