INTERVIEWS:
LEADERSHIP
This is a different article from the
others that we have done up until
this moment. Today we had the
opportunity to speak with different
teachers and different
headmasters and headmistresses
from different schools, to ask them
about their jobs at the school and
the way in which they perceive the
leadership in their academic work
in their institutions.
VISUAL ARTS EXHIBITION
On Thursday, April 18th a simple but emotional cocktail was
held to open the exhibition of eleventh grade students enrolled
in the International Baccalaureate Visual Arts program where
they presented different works of art by the student‐artists
themselves which were produced throughout the two years of
the program. Of some of those presented were sculptures,
paintings, photographs among others. The assembled artists'
works may be found exhibited on the first floor of the
administration building. Each student presented 8‐10 works
which expressed their views and feelings about different social,
personal and cultural topics. More

technology in education.
Items such as personal
computers for every
student, ipads for
preschoolers and the use
of smart boards have
made a big difference in
our learning as students
when compared to other
academic institutions.
