HALF DAY EXCURSIONS
1. HALF DAY SAN FRANCISCO CITY TOUR
Meet the local guide in the hotel lobby. Board the waiting bus for a 4 hrs San
Francisco City tour which might include: Civic Center, Mission Dolores (oldest
building in the City), Twin Peaks views, Golden Gate Park, Ocean Beach and Cliff
House, the Palace of the Legion of Honor, the Presidio, Golden Gate Bridge, the
Palace of Fine Arts, Fisherman’s Wharf, Lombard (crooked) Street, North Beach and
Telegraph Hill, Chinatown, Financial District, Union Square, Embarcadero, etc.

is the city tour by Motorized Cable Car.
Each Motorized Cable Car seats up to 35 pax.
The city tour can be combined with a lunch at Fisherman’s Wharf. In this case we

the afternoon at leisure at Fisherman’s Wharf & then return to the hotel on their own.

SEGWAY TOUR – max 28 guests at one time
Transfer to the Segway rental station at Fisherman’s Wharf.
After a 35 -45 minute training on how to safely operate the Segway, clients'll explore
the San Francisco waterfront.
The English narrated tour will feature spectacular views of the Golden Gate Bridge
while you visit: Fisherman's Wharf and the picturesque fishing harbor,
Ghirardelli Square (home of delicious chocolate!) National Maritime Museum and the
historic sailing ships, Fort Mason (former military base, now a historic landmark),
Marina Green (where the locals sunbathe and fly kites), Views of the Palace of Fine
Arts (once the site of the 1915 Panama Pacific Exposition), St Francis and Golden Gate
Yacht Clubs, Views of Alcatraz.
Every tour makes numerous stops for photos.
The San Francisco Segway Tour has only a few restrictions. Riders must:
Weigh between 100 and 250 pounds (36 to 113 kilos)
Wear the helmet and safety vest that is provided with the tour.
Sign a liability waiver.

EXCURSION TO MUIR WOODS & SAUSALITO – max 100 persons at one time
Meet local guide and board the waiting mini bus. Departure via Golden Gate Bridge
(short photo stop if weather permitting) to Muir Woods State Park.

old giant Sequoia forest with time to enjoy nature. Continue to Sausalito a former

galleries. Return to San Francisco.
Large buses cannot go to Muir Woods due to narrow roads. With more than 35
people, this excursion must be done with 2 minibuses and two guides.

BICYCLE TOUR TO SAUSALITO.
Bus transfer with guide to the bicycle rental.
All participants get bikes and helmets.
2 hours bicycle tour through the Aquatic Park,
Presidio, over the Golden Gate Bridge to Sausalito.
Arrival in Sausalito,
Sausalito, a former 19th Century fishing
village, reminiscent of Porto Fino, now an artists’
colony with distinctive shops and spectacular
views of the Bay and City. The participants give
back their bikes and helmets and have lunch at a
local restaurant.
Ferry tour back to San Francisco.

GOGO-CARS to discover San Francisco.

Pick-up of the GOCARS and explore San Francisco at leisure.
“GoCars are easy and fun to drive. They’re guided by GPS
(Global Positioning System) – which means that the car
always knows where you are, even if you don’t. As you
drive, it tells you where to turn and what you’re passing,
and it waits patiently if you want to stop. As soon as you
turn your GoCar back on, the tour picks up where it left
off.
The GoCar tour begins in Fisherman’s Warf at the GoCar
headquarters, the tour takes you past the most
spectacular San Francisco sites – from the bay, to the
ocean, to the famous parks, neighborhoods and streets in
between.”
2 hrs standard tour: This standard 2-hours tour allows
participants to see some of San Francisco’s most famous
landmarks, for example Fisherman’s Wharf, Marina
District, Chrissy Fields, Golden gate Bridge, Presidio,
Lombard Street & Russian Hill. It is available also with the
Scavenger hunt option.
4 hrs extended tour:
tour For those that are keen to see more of San Francisco. This tour
also encompasses the Legion of Honor, Cliff House, Golden Gate Park, Coit tower and
Twin Peaks. It is available also with the Scavenger hunt option.
Scavenger hunt:
hunt For teambuilding exercises that require a competitive edge, we offer
this fun and exciting scavenger hunt option. Based on the GPS tours, participants are
asked a series of questions about the tour as they drive around. In order to find the
answers the participants will be expected, on occasion, to get out of the car and
search for clues!

Vista Grande Helicopter Excursion – max 12 guests at one time

background, choreographed to the flight,
accompanies spontaneous narration by
professionally trained pilots. In addition to the
striking San Francisco skyline and famous
landmarks, such as, Alcatraz Island & the

Alcatraz The visit
depends of the client’s interest and takes between 1 – 2 hours. It is a self-guided
audio tour. Each participant gets a headphone. Return to Pier 33 by ferry and transfer
back to the hotel.

1 hour Golden Gate Bay Cruise
One-hour sail under the majestic Golden Gate Bridge and around Alcatraz to discover

Tours depart from Pier 43 ½, located at the corner of Taylor Street & Embarcadero, in

FULL DAY EXCURSIONS
1. DAY EXCURSION TO THE WINE COUNTRY
Meet the guide in the hotel lobby. Departure by bus via Golden Gate Bridge (short
photo stop if weather permitting) to the Wine country.
Private tour & tastings at two wineries, one in the morning, one in the afternoon.
Lunch at a local restaurant.
Excursion takes usually 9 hours form pick-up till drop-off.

2. DAY EXCURSION TO MONTEREY & CARMEL
The ride from San Francisco along HWY 1 via Santa Cruz is incredibly beautiful, very
often guests see sea lions, pelicans, otters and cormorants. This is a rich agricultural
area with nurseries and a variety of vegetables. Half Moon Bay is famous for its many
pumpkin fields. Drive south on Hwy 1 with 2 photo stops, coffee stop in Davenport at
a bakery, local sightseeing in Monterey on Cannery Row (Steinbeck) .
Then continue via 17 Miles Drive (admission included ) with several photo stops to
Carmel. Carmel has one of the most beautiful beaches of California, here Clint
Eastwood was Mayor from 1986 - 1088. Time for sightseeing and up-scale
shopping. A photo stop at the famous Carmel Mission (admission included).
Lunch at a local restaurant.

“Treasure” Hunt Photos—note please use one camera per team—divide total group
into equal teams of persons. All team members must be in each photo to earn
points!…ask a fellow team member nearby to take your photograph. Note, that it is
