Why we really need you:
To provide superior customer service to our esteemed distributors, direct customers and internal customers. You’ll be
processing orders and giving inventory lead times, pricing, and other inquiries over the phone, email and fax.
What you’ll be doing:

Order entry and invoicing
Emailing order acknowledgements
Printing and reporting on production orders
Preparing required documentation for shipping, i.e. picking tickets
Processing inventory, customer stock, and pricing inquiries
Investigating and resolving order discrepancies
Issuing RA numbers for inventory returns and processing credits
Mailing and filing invoices
Processing back orders
Handling incoming phone calls
Sending out customer correspondence
Data entry and other miscellaneous tasks as assigned
You’re going to fit the bill if you have:
•

3+ years customer service experience and data entry
Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Access preferred)
Macola Order Entry or similar order entry experience
Polished phone skills; verbal and written English
Outstanding organizational skills and razor-sharp attention to detail
Understand the importance of high quality work within a fast paced environment
Ability to multitask and help out your fellow neighbors when needed
Awesome disposition, self-motivating work ethic, and stellar time management skills
Manufacturing environment & international shipping experience a plus
French speaking – highly desirable, but not required
We’re open-minded, but you must have:
• High School diploma or GED
