brokerage specializing in traditional real estate services, as well as the
marketing and sales of new condominiums, town homes and single-family
home communities. Windstone offers property listings in the Southern
Georgian Bay area as well as new home developments in the Southern
Georgian Bay, Muskoka and beyond. We spoke with Windstone’s owner
Christine Brennan about her sales team and the benefits of living at
The Seasons.
Tell Us About the Windstone Real Estate Team
Everyone on the team has been involved in the business of development
and communities in the Simcoe area. We bring extensive experience to
master- planned and particularly lifestyle-focused communities such as
The Seasons. The sales team working on this project is a collection of
individuals that live and breath the area and are the same team that
involved with selling the village up the mountain. Our team is dedicated
to working with people one-on-one to determine the right home-style
price to suit their needs and help them make an informed decision.
What do you want buyers of The Seasons to know?
We’d like buyers to know is that there simply is no other master-planned
community like this in the province. Everything from the amenities to the
connection to the local area, residents of The Seasons have an opportunity
to embrace the outdoors and enjoy the best of both worlds. From a price
point, The Seasons offers such good value and whether you live there
full-time or part-time, there really is something for everyone.
What are some of the benefits of living the area?
In addition to the close proximity Seasons’ residents have to Midland and
Little Lake where they can paddleboard, sail, canoe, etc., they also have
access to infrastructure and medical facilities. The Seasons offers quick
drive to major urban centres like Barrie and is close to the highway so that
residents can easily visit family and friends.

the Members Club. Situated in the heart of The Seasons Community, the

to be physically active, to socialize with friends, family and neighbours, to
indulge in a new hobby or to simply relax.
A wonderful variety of lifestyle amenities are available at the Members Club
to serve The Seasons residents from morning to night. Start your day with a
swim in the indoor or outdoor pool, enjoy a game of tennis or wind down
with a relaxing yoga or Pilates class in the aerobics room. Play pickleball or
basketball year-round in the multipurpose gym, strengthen and tone in the
exercise room and during the warmer months play soccer and bocce on the
outdoor lawn or practice your short game on the putting green.
The Members Club is a great place to get social and take up new hobbies. It
features a large state-of –the-art kitchen area for cooking classes. You can also
choose from a variety of other classes ranging from painting, music, writing,
financial planning, knitting, fly-fishing, sewing and flower arranging.
