Food Processing
At exp, we have the multidisciplinary expertise to successfully
complete food processing industry projects through all stages of
execution. With our process expertise and the availability of our
laboratories and pilot units, we help our clients from the very early
stages of a project’s development and definition. We implement
new processes, design equipment, ensure food sterilization,
calculate energy balances, treat water and wastewater, and have
patented systems for the catalytic treatment of odors and gases.
Our team of engineers, chemists and microbiologists, has
worked on a wide variety of major projects, including
new production lines, increasing a plant’s capacity and
building or expanding plants in the butchering, dairy,
cheese, beverage, canning and confectionery industries.
Working alongside our clients, we develop new processes
from the initial conceptual stage through to plant
