1. A minimum of 30% of the total acreage will be developed as R-10,
single family detached; however, churches, schools and rectories
shall be permitted on that portion of the property shown on the
27.52 acres identified as Tract 2 on the Map which is Exhibit A to the
amendment.
2. A maximum of 20% of the total acreage may be developed as R-6,
all permitted uses.
3. A maximum of an additional 25 % of the total acreage may be
developed as R-6, single-family detached.
Category 2 acreage may also be developed as Category 3 - R-6 single
family detached. Any of the acreage other than the required R-10
acreage may be developed as R-8 single-family detached.
4. Along the boundary line contiguous to Parcels 0731.11-76-0701,
0731-08-78-5098 and 0731.08-87-3793 there shall be a 30 foot
non-disturbed buffer. This buffer may be crossed by utilities if
required.
5. Lots contiguous to Parcels 0731.11-76-0701, 0731-08-78-5098 and

condition applies to only residential uses and shall not prevent or
