The Second National Reading Campaign was commenced
from the day ofeducation and learning, the Saraswati Puja
(the festival ofthe goddess ofwisdom) on February 10,2000

Book Exhibition and Film Show
ln Dhangadithe National Reading Campaign was launched
with an exhibition ofchildren's book at Sharada Secondary
School building in Sripur, Dhangadi, by Kailali Public
brary. Morethan 200 books were displayed. Over300 children visited the exhibition that was inaugurated by Mr. Kainya
Chaudhary member ofUpper House ofParliament.
