The Walk Needs Your Support
Help maintain and build Bemidji’s
Public Art program. Please join
us in our mission to enhance the
Bemidji downtown area, promote
Bemidji as a regional cultural
center, and build a greater sense
of community through the display
and discussion of the arts. Consider
becoming a member who supports
art and culture in Bemidji.
The 2015 SculpturePainters
Program presents: Dragonflies
These larger-than-life fiberglass
sculptures, designed and created by
regional artists, will be displayed
for one year. Then the works are
auctioned to fund additional public
art programs. While the base
forms are the same, each fiberglass
sculpture has a unique design.
The SculpturePainters project is a
public art program that celebrates
our regional arts community and
contributes to economic vitality
and quality of life in Bemidji.
All of this year’s Dragonflies will be
auctioned at a special fundraiser
event on Saturday June 11, 2016
