GOSEN CO., LTD. was established for the manufacture
and sale of synthetic fishing line, long line and net yarn.
1993
The “Small World Top Company Award” was granted by
Nikkei Inc.
April
1951
As a pioneer in synthetic thread in Japan, GOSEN began
the production and sale of nylon thread.
1999
Sales of the world’ s first biodegradable catgut began.
April
1954
The Tenjin Factory was established in Kato-gun (the
current Kato City), Hyogo, where the production of fishing
line and catgut started.

The Tokyo Office was established in Asakusa-mukoyanagihara, Taito-ku, Tokyo.
