2016 Vendor Application - Marshfield Convention and Visitor Bureau
July, 2016
Dear Maple Fall Fest Vendor,
The Marshfield Convention & Visitors Bureau invites you to participate in the 24th Annual celebration of Maple
Fall Fest in Marshfield’s beautiful Wildwood Park. This annual arts and crafts show will be held on Saturday and
Sunday, September 17-18, as a fitting finish to summer and a celebration of fall.
Past attendance has exceeded 20,000 people. We are again emphasizing the importance of maintaining our high
standards for exhibitors. Maple Fall Fest prides itself on being able to showcase crafters and artists who provide
high quality items that are their own works of art. Please note that our mission is to promote handmade crafts
and original art.
As always, we will feature a Maple Village serving a pancake breakfast both days, along with maple syrup
products throughout the weekend. The Marshfield Convention & Visitors Bureau has budgeted $10,000 in print,
billboard, TV and radio promotions. Maple Fall Fest is also listed in several statewide and national publications
including Midwest Living and Wisconsin Trails. In addition, we promote the event at various travel & sport shows.
Booth space is available on a first come, first serve basis, and we are completely SOLD OUT both INSIDE
and OUTSIDE WILDWOOD STATION. Please choose your preferred outside booth area per the enclosed
map. If you remember your booth number enter that as well, however, we cannot guarantee booth
numbers due to many variables, including the weather affecting some booth spaces. Also note that
INSIDE Wildwood Station booth spaces may not be a full 10’ wide, due to space constraints and
placement of doors, access rooms, etc. ABSOLUTELY NO VENDORS WILL BE ALLOWED TO EXCEED
THEIR ALLOTTED 10’, UNLESS THEY HAVE PAID FOR AN ADDITIONAL SPACE.
Set-up time this year will be on FRIDAY ONLY from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. All vendors MUST set up Friday,
September 16th. Security will be on duty both Friday and Saturday evenings. The Marshfield Parks &
Recreation Department does not allow any vehicles to park by their booths or go on the grass. NO EXCEPTIONS
WILL BE ALLOWED. Show hours are Saturday 9-5 p.m., and Sunday 10-4 p.m. Camping and RV parking is
