BCBS Flu Shot Benefit - Health Center

FLU SHOTS NOW AVAILABLE
FREE OF CHARGE
AT PARTICIPATING PHARMACIES!
Students with the University-sponsored health insurance
can now get a flu shot at participating pharmacies FREE!
To receive a flu shot:
1. Go to your local pharmacy and ask if they participate in the
Flu Vaccination Net work or log on to MyBlueSer vice at:
http://www.bcbsfl.com/ for a list of participating pharmacies
2. Show your Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Florida Member ID card.
3. Get a FREE Flu Shot!
Over 3400 pharmacies participate in the
Flu Vaccination net work, including:
Walgreens • CVS/pharmacy • Publix • Target
IMPORTANT! Not all pharmacies administer flu shots and
some pharmacies have mini-clinics that will charge you a
copay for the shot. You MUST verify that the shot is FREE
BEFORE you receive your shot or you will be billed!
