of a 7 t roller with the product and operating advantages of vibratory plates:
- W ith a centrifugal force of 130 kN, it is by far the most powerful vibratory plate on the market and
can easily replace any 7 t roller.
- L ighter and easier to transport than rollers, making it ideal for frequently changing places of use.
- A convenient operating concept: Control is exclusively via the intuitively operated infrared remote
control. This means that the operator is not troubled by noise, exhaust, dust or vibrations.
Autostart function simplifies commissioning.
- S afety at the highest level: Remote control makes the DPU 130 ideally suited for compaction on
slopes, since it means that there is then no danger of falling off ride-on machines. Thanks to a
proximity recognition sensor, the machine switches itself off if it gets too close to the operator.
- E lectronic security systems provide protection against theft (PIN entry) and prevent damage
to the machine from incorrect operation (overload protection during operation on unsuitable,
extremely hard surfaces such as concrete).

in statically sensitive locations: on bridges, in town centers, on protected
buildings of historical value or on special surfaces such as railroad

The most efficient solution for crushed stone compaction in railroad track
construction and elsewhere:
- I f it's impossible or unprofitable to use large rollers, the coupling set proves its worth.
- T he coupling set is made up by connecting three DPU 100-70 vibratory plates.
Combining these three power sources provides the astounding performance of
a 10 t vibratory roller.
- E xtremely high operator safety with infrared remote control. Hand-arm vibration
is completely neutralized and the operator is at a safe distance from the machine.
This makes the coupling set one of the safest compaction solutions on the market.
- T his method allows large areas to be compacted in a cost-effective manner.
Structurally critical construction sections which would not bear the weight of a roller
are especially well processed by the extreme compaction force of the coupling set.

The vibratory plate with an integrated safety bonus:
- I ntelligent stand by mode stops all movements as soon as the operator
releases the joystick of the remote control. This improves safety and reduces
fuel consumption considerably.
- Safe infrared remote control: If the operator goes below the two meter safety
distance or loses visual contact, the vibratory plate will stop automatically.
- T he DPU 7060 is the only vibratory plate in its class using efficient V-belt
technology. This technology ensures that efficiency remains consistently high,
unlike in hydraulically powered machines.
-The vibratory plate switches to idling as soon as the vibration stops being

The infrared receiver eye.
If the operator loses contact with the infrared
receiver eye, the vibratory trench roller will stop
all movement and compaction. If the inclination
angle is too steep, the integrated tilt sensor will
also switch off the roller.
All engine functions at a glance.
The diagnosis LED displays of the engine control
unit simplify operation and troubleshooting by
monitoring different engine functions: oil pressure,
radiator fluid level, engine temperature, glow plug,
battery, tilt angle and air filter capacity.

Moisture resistance due to magnetic joystick.
Thanks to their magnetic operation, the joysticks
are integrated into the remote control in such
a way that no moisture can enter the individual
technical components. This makes them
wear-free and always ready for use.
The batteries reload quickly with
the high performance charger.
The wide transmitting field of up to
20 m and an angle of up to 45°
provides excellent comfort at work.
Range in m
The machine will stop automatically,
if the operator enters the safety circle
of two meters.
This remote control with added safety is a welcome sight on every construction site:
- O ptimal safety concept: The machine stops as soon as the operator lets go of the joystick
or the machine comes closer than two meters from the operator.
