PEDINI
Reborn in 1992, Pedini is the industrial evolution of an artisanal enterprise which continues to be a protagonist
in the history of kitchen design for over 50 years. Its path began in 1957 and tells the story of multifaceted kitchen
design. From the early kitchen, composed of individual elements of craftsmanship, we come to the contemporary
kitchen through the application of high-tech modularity and ergonomics supported by cutting-edge technologies.
The Pedini imprint is strictly “handmade in Italy” as each project contains in every detail the story and soul of
those who, with passion and enthusiasm, conceived it. It is a business process based on the efforts of responsible
persons who control, verify and approve every single production phase. The proof of the quality of Pedini’s
products is found in numerous recognitions received from international institutes that acknowledge the
technological evolution of the company’s manufacturing procedures and the careful selection of environmentally
friendly materials and components. At the end of its life a Pedini kitchen is almost completely recyclable. The
total area of production is 17,000 sq. meters, integrated in and respectful of its natural and scenic territory.
RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT
Research and development, engineering and design, production technology, supply chain management, quality
certificates, commercial services ... These are the issues on which the top management works with proven external
collaborators. The Company invests in these aspects to ensure its future and to continue to play a role in the
history of Italian kitchens. That role is meaningful to an audience that can appreciate the hallmarks of quality all
over the world. There is a Pedini style and attentive criteria in every kitchen model. A driving factor is the search
for the New, but only if better. Some results of this approach are: the ergonomics of curvilinear compositions,
recessed or grooved handles, curved cabinets in wood and aluminum obtained with original technologies.

DESIGN & PARTNERSHIP
The search for aesthetic, functional and innovative solutions is critical to the success of a product. Pedini assists
the best interior designers by providing them with maximum technical support and know-how, while allowing
them to design with maximum freedom and knowledge of kitchen furniture details, increasingly focused on luxury
customization. The Pedini audience, ever more active in making purchasing choices, recognizes these qualities and
entrusts Pedini with exclusive projects in over 40 countries worldwide.
PEDINI, AN INTERNATIONAL SHOWCASE
On the occasion of the 50th anniversary, Pedini created a rich exhibition space where history and design come
together in a contemporary setting that can accommodate visitors and exhibit new projects. The “Great Pedini
Gallery” is constantly changing and will always represent the ideal place where the ideas of the future, focused
on the world of kitchens, find their maximum expression.
In a world in constant turmoil, curiosity and boldness are the strengths of those who, through their job, always
search for and experiment new ways and solutions, ways and solutions of a design that does not fear fads and
fashions but engages them. Pedini has a wealth of experience in the construction and installation of multi-unit
projects (contract) worldwide, with the ability to create tailored kitchens and bathrooms and perfectly satisfy
every need of designing, delivery time and budget. From design to logistics, from production to after-sales
service, Pedini can ensure that each project is delivered with the same high level of quality and innovation
required by the most demanding customers.

ECOLOGY
Eco-friendly furniture is that whose production dos not require tree felling. This means that each part is
composed of 100% recycled wood. Pedini ensures the exclusive use of environmentally friendly materials with a
production process of certified quality. The Italian Ecological Panel Consortium certifies the use of 100% recycled
wood by the member companies, a certification procedure that is unique in the world.
RECYCLING
Pedini is aware of the importance of preservation and conservation of the natural heritage and plays an active
role in protecting the environment and producing goods of quality through the use of recyclable materials and
resources. For wooden furniture it uses materials from plantations that have established a balance between cutting
and planting. Each phase of production is controlled to ensure that waste material is not disposed in landfills, but
is carefully selected and transferred to specialized collection centers for re-insertion in new production cycles.
ERGONOMICS
From the early phases of design, Pedini analyzes carefully every detail of its products considering the
advantage of a correct ergonomic shape of the kitchen area for the person who interacts with it. The quality
of this relationship is measured through the verification of many elements such as: the definition of base and
wall unit heights, the depth, the evaluation of the radius and opening systems as well as the study of light
distribution in the different working areas. Each device is designed to ensure proper posture and an easy
and comfortable access to the storage spaces.

WARRANTY 7 YEARS
Every Pedini kitchen comes with a certificate of guarantee that is extended from 2 to 7 years by returning to the
company the purchasing coupon duly completed within 30 days from installation. The customer is also given a
technical sheet certifying the origin of the materials and their characteristics, as well as proof of reliability and
safety of each Pedini product.
COMPATIBILITY AND MODULARITY
The kitchen’s needs must be satisfied in the space available. If space is scarce, the flexibility and cleverness of the
solutions can work miracles. Some models, more than others, have these qualities, and it is to them that we give
our attention. If the kitchen is too small for the whole family to sit around the table, we will use the adjacent
dining area or will suggest pull-out solutions to replace after meals. The availability of a selection of standard
modules, with the added option of custom-made items, can satisfy every need.
MAINTENANCE
Preserving the kitchen. For years the Company has been engaged in the pursuit of total quality and the design of
ever more innovative, creative, functional and ergonomic models. For this reason Pedini delivers to its customers
a maintenance manual and two complete kits that will help, after purchase, to preserve and maintain the quality of
its kitchen.

ARCHITECTURE
& DESIGN
IN THE KITCHEN
BY PEDINI
“ARCHITECTURE & DESIGN IN THE KITCHEN”
Each Pedini project is based on a basic principle: respect for the environment. This value guides its structure,
its material and its shape. Design is expressed through sophisticated aesthetic shapes, starting with the
careful selection of innovative colors and materials to create kitchen and bathroom projects that are modular,
flexible and customized. The Pedini style is characterized by the ability to interpret kitchen projects following
the evolution of trends while keeping intact the original concept, by transforming change into technical
achievements and know-how of Made in Italy quality. “Architecture & Design in the kitchen” is its expression
by proposing a showcase with international reach. In addition to the timeless Artika and Dune with soft and
ergonomic lines, articulated and versatile food systems of Materika design_Domenico Paolucci, there is also the
newest Arkè line or Arkè wood design_Alfredo Zengiaro with several customizations in finest quality veneer.
The ecology theme involves every Pedini project because it is a philosophy that belongs to Pedini since its birth.
The Eko model design_Domenico Paolucci with its clean, minimal lines acts as an “easy” kitchen where its
contribution finds a natural space between four walls, even in small spaces. The Arts & Crafts project, which
is also present in the booklet, captures the vintage - innovation combination and results in a new style of living
and furnishing: maximum customization to create a modern “kitchen workshop”. In Eurocucina 2016 in Milan,
Pedini presents the new concept of Arkè and the brand new K2016 design_Alfredo Zengiaro.

EUROCUCINA 2016 - PEDINI KITCHENS
Model ARKÉ_ design Alfredo Zengiaro
With groove or with handle?
It is not just an aesthetic detail, but an essential one, that characterizes the style of a product. ARKÉ
achieves both purposes with its design concept, from the pure minimalism of the curved groove in painted
aluminum with the same finishing as the door, to the vertical and horizontal graphic/functional design of
the big aluminum handle in titanium or black finishing.
The model stands out with its innovative finishes available on the doors, from plaster to tactile wood effects,
from the elegant lacquered doors to soft touching laminated Fenix, in a personal and creative combination
that characterizes the kitchen and the living that can result from it. The model stands out also through
special open elements with upper and lower shelves in smoked glass.

Model K 2016_ design Alfredo Zengiaro
The function that today we attribute to the kitchen, as well as to other areas of the home, is to build an “interior
architecture” in evolution instead of the traditional “interior design.” The materials, colors and design solutions
will be in strong relationship with the volumes and spaces of the entire house in order to achieve a significant
advance compared to the “structure-container” of a mere kitchen. The underlying theme of the new project
K 2016 Pedini Cucine is highlighted through the pairing of the brand’s technology-functionality and
customization-identifiability. In the first pairing, materials will be the real stars: brushed stainless steel - painted
with processes made possible by nanotechnology - and eucalyptus wood with sanded surface for the doors only
12 mm. thick, lapitech for the worktop, in order to obtain a perfect mix of lightness, tactile sensoriality and
functionality obtained also through a reuse of sliding doors for columns and wall units. In the second pairing,
design solutions will highlight a wide search of customization, meant as the maximum expression in both choices
of the most innovative finishes and in equipment placed directly on top of the working areas. The offer then will
be addressed to the designers the most attentive to the needs of interaction between kitchen and other areas of the
house, almost in a continuous reading of shapes, colors, materials and lighting that must now permeate
and invade seamless all spaces of the house.
