PROTECT-ALL® and PROTECT-ALL Gloss
Limited Warranty
Oscoda Plastics® provides the following warranty on both "PROTECT-ALL" and
“PROTECT-ALL Gloss" flooring if the following conditions are complied with:
WARRANTY PERIOD AND SCOPE: Oscoda Plastics warrants the flooring against
manufacturing defects for a period of ten (10) years from date of purchase if
the flooring is used in normal flooring applications and under normal climatic
conditions.
EXCLUSIONS: This warranty does not cover cosmetic flaws such as differences
in shade, gaps, depressions, scratches or deformation. It does not cover
damages resulting from excessive wear to patterns, improper use, moisture,
or acts of God, or anything other than manufacturing defects. It does not cover
damages resulting from installation of flooring with visible defects: the
purchaser must inspect the flooring before installation to check for manufacturing and/or color flaws. It does not cover damages resulting from
improper installation not in accordance with Oscoda Plastics' installation
instructions, nor damages resulting from a failure to verify the suitability of
sub-flooring before installation, nor damages resulting from the failure to
use approved Oscoda Plastics adhesives, seam-sealer and accessories. Usage
of other adhesives, seam-sealers or accessories renders this warranty null
and void. Failure to follow Oscoda Plastics' written installation instructions
and maintenance instructions renders this warranty null and void. This warranty
does not cover wear of the texture and ripple surfaces.
REMEDIES: In the event a manufacturing defect becomes apparent during the
warranty period, Oscoda Plastics shall at its own expense repair the flooring
or provide new, equivalent flooring. This warranty does not cover labor or
reinstallation costs.
THE REMEDIES STATED HEREIN ARE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES FOR
ALLEGED FAILURE OF THE OSCODA PLASTICS FLOORING PRODUCT. THERE ARE
NO WARRANTIES COVERING SURFACE WEAR, OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OF
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WHICH
EXTEND BEYOND THE FACE HEREOF. OSCODA PLASTICS, INC. DISCLAIMS
LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR OTHER DAMAGES OF ANY
KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS AND/OR DAMAGE TO
BUILDING AND/OR CONTENTS.
