Network Shares has a 3-tier network architecture designed to do just that (refer to diagram below). Since content on network shares is often sensitive in
nature, it is essential to respect existing access controls and augment them with additional controls for mobile devices. Syncplicity Panorama for Network
Shares is designed to leverage existing security controls and augment them with mobile device policies as well as encryption at rest and in motion. Mobile
workforces commonly need frictionless access to network shares, which requires a secure but streamlined sign-in process. Other solutions can expose
networks to security risks when providing mobile access. Syncplicity Panorama, however, uses a highly secure approach to storing credentials on-device
that ensures frictionless but safe access.
