9 Placing Your Order We here at FuzziBunz know how busy people are in today’s business world – so we have made the order placement process as simple as possible. First Order – Your first order will be placed by our Sales office. Once you make the decision to carry the line and have decided on what products you would like to start with, we will gladly help you place your first order. This way we can give you the discount for volume and make sure that everything is placed correctly. We will then at this time activate your account and give you access to our Resource Center. Retailer Resource Center – Post opening order placement this is where you will find everything you need to sell FuzziBunz including the self‐service ordering system. You will have a username and password and access to all marketing materials as well for both online and physical stores. Shopping Cart ‐ Our online wholesale shopping cart will show current inventory and any backordered products so that you can order what you need at any time of day. No waiting for a sales rep to call you and no faxing. It’s that simple. Getting Started – If you have read through the Retailer Kit and have decided to take the plunge into FuzziBunz Land please email [email protected] and a representative from our company will contact you to place your first order. 10 Frequently Asked Questions Q. What is your minimum order? A. Our initial buy in order is $500 dollars. It is very difficult to begin selling the products with anything less than that. We have 14 color choices so we encourage you to at the very least, order three of each in the One Size. This is the base amount a retailer can start with to begin their inventory. Recurring orders are only $150.00. But please consider that there is a $15 brokerage on each order regardless of size so it is in your best interest as a Canadian Retailer to order in volume. Q. What are your hottest selling items? A. All of our products sell very well, however the One Size diaper is our best selling product. Our best‐ selling colors are Apple Green, Choco Truffle, Watermelon, Buttercream, Kumquat and Mint. Q. Do you offer terms? A. We do not offer terms. However after a 6 month period you can apply for net 15 terms. This does not guarantee that you will be granted terms, it is on a case‐by‐case basis. Any terms account must have a credit card on file with us in the case of delinquency of more than 10 days. Q. What are your shipping times and cost? A. We offer FedEx shipping to Canada only. Our shipping prices include the discounts we receive from FedEx so that we can offer you the best prices. Your order will automatically calculate shipping cost when placing your order. For any back ordered or out of stock product shipping times may range from 5‐15 days and an ETA is given upon order placement. Q. How are returns and warranty issues handled? A. We here at FuzziBunz do not feel that our retailers should be stuck handling what may be a product issue on our end. Therefore, we handle all returns in house. Given that our product has a full ONE YEAR warranty, we encourage you to send the customer to our website to fill out our RMA and we will replace the product and offer any customer / product support that may be needed. Selling FuzziBunz should be a stress free experience for you. 11 Q. Do you do volume discounts? A. Canadian retailers are giving the lowest possible wholesale price to be able to offer competitive rates on the wholesale and retail levels. On occasion we may offer coupons and incentives. Q Will I have access to graphics and marketing materials? A. Yes, we have a Retailer Resource center where all product graphics, store displays, posters, marketing materials, brochures etc can be viewed and ordered. We also provide website copy and other informational resources to help you best sell and market the product. Q. Can I sell on EBay, Amazon or any other third party website? A. We do require that our online retailers have their own stores.
