Cocktail Recipes
Genever 75
• 1½ oz Merrylegs Genever
• ½ oz Simple Syrup
• ½ oz Lemon Juice
• 3 oz Champagne
Fill a shaker tin with ice and add all ingredients,
except champagne, shake until tin is very cold
to touch. Strain into chilled champagne flute
and add champagne, garnish with a lemon twist.
Bees Knees
• 2 oz Merrylegs Genever
• ¾ oz Lemon Juice
• ¾ oz Honey Simple Syrup
Fill shaker tin with ice and add all ingredients.
Shake well. Strain into chilled martini
glass, garnish with a lemon twist.
Merrylegs Extra Dry Martini
• 2½ oz Merrylegs Genever
Fill shaker tin with ice and
add Merrylegs. Shake until tin
is very, very, cold. Strain into
chiled martini glass, garnish
with a lemon twist.
Lavender Legs
• 2 oz Merrylegs Genever
• 1 oz Lemon Juice
• 1 oz Lavender Simple Syrup
• Lavender-Vanilla Sugar
(optional: plain sugar)
Begin with a shaker tin full of
ice. Add Genever, Lemon and
Lavender Simple. Shake until
tin is nearly too cold to touch.
Run a lemon wheel around the
rim of a chilled martini glass,
dip rim in lavender-vanilla
sugar. Garnish with lemon
wheel.

Merry Mary
A Genever Bloody Mary
– it will surprise you!
• 2 oz Merrylegs Genever
• 4 oz tomato juice
• 4 dashes Worchester’s Sauce
• 2 dashes Tabasco
• ½ oz dill pickle juice
• ¼ tsp ground pepper
• ¼ tsp horseradish
(more if you like it hot!)
• 1 oz Stout or Porter Beer
Combine the above in a pint glass
Old Fashioned Merry
with ice and stir well. Rim another
pint glass with coarse salt, paprika
and fine black pepper. Carefully fill
prepared glass with ice and strain ingredients into prepared rimmed glass.
Garnish as desired.
Old Fashioned Merry
• 2 oz Merrylegs Genever
• 1 oz Cranberry Juice
• 2 dashes Angostura Bitters • Bar Spoon Simple Syrup
• Club Soda
In a lowball glass pour juice, simple and bitters, then add ice to fill glass.
Using the bar spoon, stir ingredients while adding Merrylegs Genever.
Once mixed top with Club Soda & Garnish with Orange Zest.
Merry’s Hot Cocoa
• 1½ oz Merrylegs Genever
• ½ oz Triple Sec
• 6 oz Hot Cocoa
• Whipped Cream*
• Wild Card Absinthe
In a mug pour Merrylegs, Triple Sec and Hot Cocoa – stir well. Top with Whipped
Cream and a small float of Wild Card Absinthe.
*Spirit flavored homemade whipping creams can be made by reducing sugar and
adding in a small amount of spirit to the cream before whipping. For this cocktail
we recommend whipping cream with Wild Card Absinthe!
Guava Genever Goddess
• 1½ oz Merrylegs Genever Gin
• 1½ oz Guava Nectar
• ¼ oz Lime Juice
• ¼ oz Simple Syrup
• 5 to 7 Fresh Basil Leaves
Begin by muddling basil in bottom of shaker tin. Now add ice, lime, simple syrup,
guava and Merrylegs Gin and give a decent shake. Strain into cocktail glass over
ice. Garnish with a basil leaf.
