There is the superb rack of lamb, served with
ratatouille, merguez sausage and garlic rosemary au
jus. The duck breast is exquisite, as is the Kobe beef
burger, with Boursin cheese, caramelized onions,
fingerlings and chipotle ketchup.
Union Park is rightly famous for its South
African lobster tail, one of the finest seafood dishes
you will ever taste.
We also love the filet mignon, with porcini red
zinfandel glaze, whipped potato and haricot verts.
And please, save room for dessert! Choose from
créme brûlée with fresh berries, fresh fruit tarts and
flourless chocolate cake with Sambuca ice cream.
