How to plan for
your Assisi event
If you want your event to raise
lots of money, make sure you
spread the word! Tell everybody,
your friends and family, work
colleagues and just about
anybody who will listen.
Step 1 - Think of an idea, it can be something very simple,
think of the fun element for those taking part.
Step 2 - Get those posters up, Let people know where, when
and what you’ve got planned to raise awareness of your
event.

Every year in Northern Ireland, thousands of unwanted,
neglected and abused companion animals are left to die
Step 3 - Shout about it, the more people you tell, the more
money you can raise. Contact your local newspaper and
radio station to let them know what you have planned.
Dogs, cats, rabbits and guinea pigs are just some of the
pets either dumped on our streets or left to fend for
themselves in some of the worst possible conditions.
Step 4 -Enjoy it! Collect the money you have raised and pay
it in as soon as you can so your money can start making a
difference!
