gorgeous b-side etching and with just six hundred copies of the first

SURGE, WATER TORTURE, CROSSED OUT,
CAPITALIST CASUALTIES, DYS, SSD
CURMUDGEON mixes the sound of 90’s West Coast powerviolence
with their Boston hometown hardcore influence to create a perfectly
crafted blasting hardcore machine. Imagine if SSD were highly
influenced by INFEST. This is their freshman EP and after four
pummeling songs, the record ends with a slowly building song that
ends in a crushing white noise of feedback and chaos. A very promising
band with an LP on the horizon. This EP features a hand-glued obi
strip that completes the package.
Marketing Points:
• Female fronted hardcore/powerviolence band
• Great layout with a hand-glued obi strip
• CURMUGEON has a forthcoming LP

KRANG clawed their way out of the sewers of Chicago formed a
band, started touring and they haven’t looked back since. Musically
they combine politically minded, d-beat crust punk with the highenergy riffage of thrash metal. Have they stumbled on new genera...
“crustover”?? Only time will tell. What we know for sure is that
KRANG brings it! The songs from this 7” are soon to be classic and
their extremely chaotic live shows are the things legends are made
of. Once they pulled a GWAR and sprayed the audience in ketchup
and mustard (aka “crustard”). It was a truly awesome sight, for those
who managed to escape being covered in condiments. This is the
sixth release in the Profane Existence Limited Edition Singles Series
of 2013. This is a short run pressing that is available on four different
colors. As the title suggests supplies are limited. Once they are gone,

The sixth album by Istanbul’s REPLIKAS, Biz Burada Yok İken , their first
release in the USA, consists of classic Turkish psychedelic and garage
covers from the 1965-75 Anatolian Pop period. It is the definitive salute to
their native linage with powerful psychedelic covers by the likes of MAVI
ISKILAR, ERIN KORAY, MOGOLLAR, etc, who have been gaining cult
popularity status amongst record collectors, fans and club DJs worldwide.
Istanbul’s REPLIKAS debut album Köledoyuran (2000) and second album
Dadaruhi (2002) were released by the Ada Music label. The band’s third
album Avaz was produced by Wharton Tiers who is known for his work
with bands such as: SONIC YOUTH, PUSSY GALORE, and DINOSAUR
JR. The album was released in May 2005 by the Doublemoon label. The
band recorded their fifth album, Zerre, in a complex that they transformed
into a studio environment, formerly a prison located in the Gökçeada Island.
Peyote Music released Zerre in November 2008.
Alongside releasing albums and playing concerts, REPLIKAS write music for
films too. The first soundtrack by the band was in 2001 for the movie Maruf by
Serdar Akar. In 2005 the band composed music for Kutluğ Ataman’s movie
titled İki Genç Kız which won them the best film music award by SİYAD in
2006. The soundtracks were collected into an album named Film Müzikleri
which was released by POZITIF in October 2006. The band took part in
Fatih Akın’s documentary Crossing the Bridge; pieces from their albums
have been used in various short and feature-length movies.
