AT THE RITZ
See all without looking; hear all without listening;
be attentive without being servile; anticipate without being presumptuous.’
- Cesar Ritz
Few words so perfectly encapsulate The Ritz London
than those of its founder; forever enshrining standards
by which all subsequent hotels would be judged.
The Rivoli Bar reflects the luxury and decadence of
the Art Deco movement, and marries this exuberant
tradition with modernity and invention. Here,
tradition is not traded for innovation but rather the
two intertwine in every part of each experience.
This idealism shapes and inspires our collection of
food and drink; combing a rich past with the creative
flair of London’s modern bar scene.
It is with great pride and anticipation; we present you
with the Rivoli Bar Menu.

CAVIAR MENU
BELUGA
Considered as the King of caviar, Beluga is rare because
it takes 12 years to produce it eggs. Steely grey in colour, it
is often the largest egg with notes of walnuts and cream
and hints of both the sea and finest quality salt.
30g £375
50g £700
Vodka recommended: Beluga Gold Line £40 per 50ml
ROYAL BELGIAN OSCIETRA
Osceitra produces its eggs after 8 years. It has a nutty,
mellow taste, which develops into a buttery sweetness similar
to lobster, and a golden brown to slate colour. Historically the
egg is smaller than Beluga, but with increased farming the egg
size can sometimes be almost as large as its mighty cousin.
30g £180
50g £300
Vodka recommended: Ciroc £18 per 50ml
PLATINUM STURGEON
Has a more intense flavour than Osceitra,
often with long hazelnut notes and a colour
ranging from dark grey to ebony.
30g £145
50g £260
Vodka recommended: Beluga Noble £16 per 50ml
SEVRUGA
Sevruga is the smallest of all the caviar eggs. Steely grey in
colour it has a much more pronounced taste of the sea and
salt. This is often the favourite of Caviar dealers worldwide.
30g £125
50g £230
Vodka recommended: Grey Goose £15 per 50ml
