from an exclusive private Buckhead mansion, to a Tavern Theater Dinner, or
even a magical night in the Ocean Voyager Gallery of the Georgia Aquarium. We
have access to venues that no other DMC can deliver, like the Turner family
homes and others. We have access to area country clubs and other privately
owned unique venues. Just ask us for ideas, we have dozens of them.
Additionally, if you have a free afternoon and need activity and tour choices we
can coordinate area guided museum visits, shopping & fashion shows, golf
tournaments, you name it.

Transportation have enjoyed a partnership for years now. EDM was founded in
Orlando in 2005 and has grown to four offices in Orlando, Naples, Las Vegas and
Atlanta. Greene was founded 24 years ago in 1988 and is one the largest
transportation companies in Atlanta and the Southeast USA.
Together the companies employ over 40 full-time in-house Associates and 75
full-time driver Associates. Additionally, we have immediate access to over 200
local and regional motor coaches and drivers as well as 200 trained logistics
Travel Director Professionals to execute your programs efficiently on site.

Josh Brown has been in the events management business since the
1980 Winter Olympic games as a VIP coordinator for the Olympic
Organizing Committee and has continued his pursuits through a 28
year career in convention management. He has worked for the
biggest and the best and has managed projects with thousands of
meeting attendees across the country and in over 30 countries. Josh
manages EDM’s Atlanta operation. Josh also serves as President for
Site Southeast USA who’s parent organization has over 2000
members world-wide.
Larry Greene has been in the transportation business for 24 years
and has amassed accolades on huge projects from companies like
Turner Broadcasting, Abbott and Pfizer pharmaceuticals, His
company has won the honor as the best limousine company in
America. Larry also currently serves as President of the Georgia
Chapter of Meeting Planners International (GaMPI).
Johnny Lorenzo, EDM’s executive transportation manager, has years
of experience organizing and executing convention transportation
systems for groups as large as 316,000 for the World Equestrian
Show in KY as well as seven Superbowls. Johnny even consulted
with FEMA on evacuation programs in the wake of the Katrina
disaster. Johnny Lorenzo knows and has delivered on massive
transportation efforts.

With over 20 years of Hospitality Industry experience, Rich Whiddon founded Exclusive Destination Management in the
spring of 2005 on the philosophy of Service over Volume. His goal was to provide each client with individual hands-on
attention and service from the planning stages through to actual operation of the program on site. Following graduation
from Florida State University, Rich was hired by Walt Disney World to train in the newly formed Disney Management
and Development Program which taught new graduates the many facets of the Disney Resort Synergy and award
winning service standards. After multiple years of service to his loyal clients, Rich took the leap of faith and began
Exclusive Destination Management, with one main goal: “Provide the best Destination Management and Meeting
Services possible to EDM’s clients.”
EDM has exceeded Rich’s initial goals and expectations, garnering a reputation in the industry for superior hands-on
customer service. With the addition of EDM Naples, affiliates in Miami and Palm Beach, EDM Las Vegas and EDM
Atlanta, that goal continues to expand throughout the United States.
