individual counseling & support groups, and advocacy & support services for women victims of domestic violence & their children.
Mallory Oross is just 5 years old.
She was diagnosed with stage 4
neuroblastoma cancer in January
of 2005. Mallory is a real fighter.
She's also one of the sweetest
little girls you'll ever meet.
Mallory’s favorite colors are pink
and purple and she loves Barbie
dolls… especially the Princess
collection. In fact, when she was
younger, she would say her
complete name was Mallory
Marisa Princess Oross. And she
is definitely a princess. She has a way of charming everyone and
she always does her best to smile for you... even through all of the
medicine, medical procedures, and frightening experiences that no
5 year old should have to go through.
Mallory has had 7 chemo treatments, the latest in preparation for
her stem cell transplant which took place on August 24th. These
stem cells are Mallory’s own and were harvested and frozen
several months ago. Mallory was in the hospital for more than four
weeks because her immune system was very weak from the last
chemo treatment and the stem cell transplant. Currently, Mallory is
undergoing radiation treatment as an outpatient. She and her
mother, Kim, travel to Presby or Children’s Hospital each weekday
for these treatments. This phase of her treatment should finish on
October 19.
This picture is of Mallory, her parents (David and Kim), and Mallory's two brothers: Jensen (age 13)
and Zachary (age 11). They live in West Mifflin. We will please ask people to remember Mallory in
their prayers.... to keep her safe, and to ask God to restore her health. Thank you...God bless you.

My name is Joann Falcione and I am an independent consultant for
Southern Living at Home. I live in the Moon Township area of
Pittsburgh and have had my business for the past 4 years. I have
been lucky enough over those 4 years to meet a lot of wonderful
people including Dustin and Lisa Baldis (PSKC) that are doing this
wonderful fundraiser for Mallory Oross.
I will be collecting orders beginning November 1st and
ending November 30th. All of my profits will be donated to the
Mallory Oross family and the hostess awards as well.
There will be books and order forms at the 2 Karate locations for
you to look though. You may also view our entire Fall catalog on
line at www.southernlivingathome.com. If you would like to place
an order simply email me your order at [email protected] or
phone me at 724-457-2502. Please make sure that all orders have
your name, address and telephone number so that I may confirm
your order. Payment is due at the time of your order. Payment can
be by check or credit card.
All items will be available for pick up at the 2 Karate locations around the
second / third week of December. Orders will not be delivered to any
homes. They must be picked up at dojo locations.

some tips to make your fundraising efforts a HUGE success!!
Have your friends and family fill out all of the information at the top of the order
form. If I have any questions with someone’s order, this information will help me
expedite the order. They will receive a receipt when they receive their order with all of
their information for future use if they need to take advantage of our product guarantees.
Important Shipping Information –
Option 1: Orders Sent to Your Home - The orders you collect will be sent to your
home for you to distribute. Your friends and family will pay only $3.50 plus tax for
shipping if you choose this option.
Option 2: Direct Shipping – If your friends and family want the items sent directly
to their home, follow the Direct Shipping charges listed on the back of the order
form.
Option 3: Online Orders Individual Orders – View our catalog and place your
order at www.pamperedchef.biz.cookwithjen. Type in “Mallory Oross Fundraiser”
under Organization and select “Submit” Direct Shipping charges will apply.
If you selected Option 1, All orders can be delivered to your friends about 2 – 3 weeks
after the Fundraiser is closed on November 30th. It is important to let your friends
know that their order will not arrive to them until two – three weeks after the
November 30th close date.
Sales Tax and Shipping and Handling are taxable at 7%. Pantry food items are not taxed.
