1.1
The organizer of The 5th Round of FIA Central European Zone Hill-Climb Trophy, 5th and
6th Slovak Hill-Climb Championship as well as, 5th and 6th Round of The Polish Hill-Climb
Championship, working to commission of ZG PZM is:

3.1. All communications and decisions, as well as the results shall be posted on the official
notice and results boards located on 22th June.2012 – Race Office, 23th-24th June.2012 Start Line.
III. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Art.4. General Information
4.1. The event shall be organized in conformity with the provisions of :
The FIA International Sporting Code;
FIA CEZ Code for 2012 year.
Rules of Slovak Championship in Hill-Climb Race and its annexes,
Rules of Polish Hill-Climb Championship 2012 and its appendices,
Communications CS PZM for 2012 year,
Technical regulations , in accordance with the Appendices „J” for FIA International
Technical regulations of Slovak MSR.
Sporting Code;
These Suplementary Regulations, approved by CS ASN.
4.2.
In the FIA CEZ 5th round, each group listed in pkt. 6.1 will have counted points in the
following way: 25 - 18 - 15 - 12 - 10 - 8 - 6 - 4 - 2 - 1
If there are less than 5 starting drivers, there will be ½ points granted.
In every round GSMP points are given as follows:
Points are given in clasification: general, general in groups;
in turn for position 1-10: 20, 15, 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, 3, 2, 1, position 11 and the next get 1
point regardless of the amount of starting competitors.
Points in classes are given for positions 1-6 according to the rule:
• 6 and more competitors - points 10, 6, 4, 3, 2, 1
• 5 competitors - pionts: 6,4,3,2,1
• 4 competitors - points: 4,3,2,1
• 3 competitors - points 3,2,1
• 2 competitors - points: 2,1
• 1 competitors - points: 1.
In every round of MSR points are given as follows in regulation of Slovak Championship
in Hill-Climb race.

The race will be run on the occasional track in Stara Wieś, the part of County Road
K1609 from the place of Stara Wieś till the top of Ostra Pass.

Art.6. Eligible Vehicles
6.1.1 FIA CEZ Rounds
All vehicles complying with the prescriptions of the FIA Appendix “J” will be admitted to
take part in the 5th round FIA CEZ and they will be divided for the following groups:
Category 1:
- Group N (only R1 cars)
- Group A (only R2, R3, KITC and WRC cars), S2000,
- Group E1, GT1-GT4, E2-SH (only double- seater cars Group B and Group GT)
Category 2:
- Group D/E2-SS (single-seater)
- Group CN, E2-SC (including CN-2003 i C3)
For Group E1, E2-SH, E2-SC i E2-SS minimal weight must be in accordance with Annex
J FIA, Art.277
6.1.2 GSMP Rounds
To participate in round 5 and 6 GSMP in accordance with the Rules of Polish Hill-Climb
Championship 2011 point 4 and Technical GSMP 2012.

6.2.3 GSMP Rounds

Vehicles E-1 in group Open must have homologation/technical card in accordance with
annex 2a - permit rules for E-1 vehicles.
Vehicles with CNG (Compressed Natural Gas) are eligible on the basis of current sign in
valid registration card and if demands from point V of Technical Regulation are fulfilled.
In Group OPEN RWD vehicles are eligible, presented and being in line with Technical
Regulation for these classes in 2012 season.
b) 2nd category vehicles:

2012.
Historical vehicles will be divided for age groups and for classes according to engine
capacity on the basis of annex K point 3 and annex I to annex K/MKS.

The date of the issue of homologation card FIA for particular vehicle decides about
belonging to particular age group.
For age group Z (young timer) division for classes according to engine capacity is
obliging (by annex J/MKS).
For HS vehicles - historical agreement card PZM (KZTH) is obligatory, according to annex
5a or card FIA (HTP).
Art.7. Drivers’ Safety Equipment.
7.1
Vehicle safety equipment of all vehicles must comply with all standards FIA Appendix "J".
7.2
While practice heats, training and racing, drivers are obliged to use approved safety
helmets (with the technical list n ° 25 or 29 for Hans systems), safety belts, and a
complete fire-resistant clothing (according to the standard FIA 8856-2000 approval).
7.3
In the GSMP in cars with a capacity above 2000 cc in Group N, A, OPEN, the system of
Hans is obligatory. For all other cars except for historical strongly recommended.
7.4
During the event, the fuel must be used in accordance with the provisions of FIA
Appendix “J”. The historic cars in accordance with FIA Appendix “K”.
Art.8. Entries
8.1
Applications for participation in competitions will be accepted after the publication of the
Supplementary Regulations.
The date of closing list of entries 18.06.2012 up to 24:00.
Applications for participation will be accepted only after paying entry fee.
8.1.1. Regards competitors/drivers licences other ASN than PZM:
The obligation of correct filling in form application rests with the competitor/driver.
Simultaneously, competitor/driver is obliged to send application for address of

8.1.2. Regards competitors/drivers with licences PZM:
The obligation of correct filling in form application and setting all demanded and valid
documents in service Inside PZM, in line with General Regulations GSMP 2012 point 8,
rests with competitor/driver.
8.1.3. A competitor/driver may change the car after the closing date for entries, but not later
than the end of the BK-1. The replaced car must belong to the same capacity group and
class, as in the application. Regards only CEZ FIA.

9.1. CEZ-FIA
For foreign drivers competing in 5th Round of Central European Zone Hill-Climb Trophy
set a deadline for entry fees starting from 23.05.2012 to 18.06.2012 and the entry fee
is:
- 200,00 € [euro] with the additional organizer advertising.
- 250,00 € [euro] without the optional advertisement.

If the application is sent without the entry fee or the competitor has not taken part in
the
race without a written explanation before the competition, in relation to this
competitor / driver, 1.5 points of General Regulations FIA CEZ 2012 will be applied.

2nd deadline - from 15.06.2012 to 18.06.2012, which amounts 150% of entry fee for 1st
deadline.
Entry fee of team - 200 PLN for 1 driver and 1 round.
Entry fee should be sent until 18.06.2012 at Auto Moto Klub Limanowa Bank Spółdzielczy
in Limanowa at the following account PL 62 8804 0000 0000 0000 2323 0001.
9.4
Entry fee will be refunded in full if the application will not be accepted or the race will be
canceled. It is possible to return to the 50% fee based on the written statement of the
driver’s club of the occurrence of majeure force, excluding the start in the race, subject
to notification prior to receiving the Administration Check. In all other cases, there are
no rights of returning fee.
Art.10. Liability and Insurance.
10.1 In accordance with legal regulations, the organizer has taken out an Insurance Policy or
policies covering the following risks - third party Civil Liability up to 300 000 PLN for each
case - accident insurance – coverage in the event of permanent damage to the heath of
15 000 PLN.
10.2 Regards GSMP: Every competitor is obliged to have policy OC of vehicle, presented to
participation in competition, according to art. 9 point 9.2. of General Regulation GSMP
2012. The condition of permitting to race will be presenting this policy during check BK1.
10.3 Foreign competitors/drivers must possess different OC of organizer.
IV. GENERAL OBLIGATIONS
Art.11. Starting numbers.
11.1 The event organizer is responsible for assigning and provide (free of charge) to all
starting drivers a set of starting numbers in accordance with FIA International Sporting
Code. The competitor / driver is required to place the starting numbers in accordance
with Annex 1 of these Regulations and is responsible for their proper condition for the
duration of the competition. Cars without correct start numbers will not be allowed to
compete.
11.2
Organizer has the right to change starting numbers into number reported by competitor,
excluding numbers 1-10 which are in season 2012 steadly given to the first 10 drivers
GSMP clasified in final general clasification of touring car of 1st category in 2011 season.
Art.12. Advertising.
12.1 Event organizer is responsible for providing all contestants competing in the race current
set of ads. The competitor / driver is required to place advertisements in accordance
with Annex No.1 of these Regulations and is responsible for their proper condition for the
duration of the event. Cars without the proper advertising will not be allowed to
compete.
12.2
On cars can be placed adds, provided that:
- meet with the FIA and the national regulations.
- it is not offensive.
- no ads must not be placed on the side windows.
During the competition is prohibited for any other car advertisement from previous
competitions with the exception of advertising sponsors, players.

Obligatory Advertising
Content adds will be given a separate bulletin on the official website of the organizer
(www.wysciggorski.pl) until 22.05.2012. Promotional stickers must be affixed in
accordance with Annex No.1 of these Regulations. A competitor may not refuse to accept
compulsory advertising and is responsible for reserving space on the car accordance with
the Annex. Anyone found by the organizer of the non-respect of this point will be
considered by the Stewards in accordance with Point 152 and 153 FIA International
Sporting Code.
Optional Advertising
Advertising content will be given additional bulletin. Promotional stickers must be affixed
in accordance with Annex No.1 of these Regulations. Competitors who accept the
additional organizer adds must book for them a place provided in accordance with the
Annex. In case of refusal by a competitor adopting additional advertising points will be
applied. 10.1 of these Regulations for participation in the contest without additional
advertising.
It is unacceptable to impose additional fee because of reject to accept additional advert
relating to: car mark, tyres, fuel or grease products.
Anyone found by the organizer of the non-respect of this point will be considered by the
Stewards in accordance with Points 152 and 153 FIA International Sporting Code.
V.
ADMINISTRATIVE CHECKS AND SCRUTINEERING
Art.13. Administrative checks
13.1 The administrative checks shall take place in the Race Office on:
- 17.06.2011 – Limanowa Community Centre from 14:00 till 19:30;
Localization: N: 49o42’27,28”; E: 20o25’04,54”
- 19.06.2011 – Stara Wieś – Complex School No 1 (for the foreign competitors taking
part in 5th round FIA CEZ without free training on 23.06.2012 or only in 6th round MSR
and/or only in 6th round GSMP) from 07.00 till 08.00.
13.2 Competitors/drivers are obliged to present themselves personally to Administrative
Checks and show such documents: original application with signature of
competitor/driver confirmed with stamp of mother club or show written agreement of the
club for start in the race, filled in form card of Administrative check, international healthy
card.
13.3
Obligatory document in term of valid medical certificate is International or national
healthy card, which is in the race office during competition. Medical certificate is in
force: for competitors/drivers aged to 23 - 6 mounths, for competitors/drivers aged over
23 - 12 mounths, if doctor do not determine in different way.
Art.14. Scrutineering
14.1 Only competitors/drivers after correct of administrative checks can carry out technical
scrutineering presented sport car.
14.2 Technical scrutineering “BK-1”:
- 22.06.2012 - 13:00-19:00 – car park at Limanowa Community Centre;
Localization: N: 49o42’27,28”; E: 20o25’04,54”
- 24.06.2012 - 07:00-08:00 - Stara Wieś – car park at Complex School No.1 (for the
foreign competitors taking part in 5th round FIA CEZ without free training on
23.06.2012 or only in 6th round MSR and/or only in 6th round GSMP).
VI.
RUNNING OF THE EVENT
Art.15. Practice
15.1 It is strictly forbidden to practice outsider the Times scheduled for official practice.
Any such finding made at the request of the Clerk of the Course will be considered by the
Stewards, which will lead to the imposition of a penalty for not including admission in the
race.

The condition for admission to practice is a positive administrative check and
scrutinnering, and confirmation of this is to place a competitor/driver on the start list for
the training race
On marked pre-starting points it is forbidden to use cooling of intercoolers, which results
in emiting liquid on the surface of starting points. Every such case will be punished, by
decision of Clerk of the Course, with removing car from training race.
Art.16. Race, timekeeping.
16.1 Racing will include.
- two training race for 5th round of GSMP and MSR and free training FIA CEZ
- two race heats for 5th round of GSMP and MSR and free training FIA CEZ
- two training races for 5th round of FIA CEZ and 6th rounds of GSMP and MSR
- two race heats for 5th round of FIA CEZ and 6th round of GSMP and MSR
16.2 Each participant has to attend minimum one training race. Confirmation of admission is
to put a competitor on the start list of the race.
16.3 Timing shall be carried out using photoelectric cells and shall be accurate to at least
1/1000 of a second.
VII
DEPO
Art.17 Depo
17.1 The time:
5th round CEZ FIA, 5th round MSR and GSMP on 23.06.2012 from 06:30 till 20:30
5th round CEZ FIA, 6th round MSR and GSMP on 24.06.2012 from 06:30 till 19:30
Location: 100 meters from the designated starting fields on the right side of the
road looking towards the start. Existing park area is indicated plates DEPO.
Organization of service outside the designated area of the above tables is
prohibited. Left side of the road is intended as a way of communication and
evacuation, no parts service position can not go beyond the axis of the road.
17.2 During the whole time of the race, on the DEPO apply speed limit 10 km/h. Furthermore,
each established or confirmed in case of a breach by the competitor/driver of his team,
set out the terms of the existing machine park, will be treated as an offensive and the
penalty will be imposed according to the Stewards
17.3 Organizer does not anticipate motions for making area bigger and common/adjacent
service position.
17.4 It is forbidden to drive a car in order to heat the tires on the section of the DEPO road
and in the direction of Limanowa and from the DEPO to the starting line. Each
confirmed case of breach will be considered by the Stewards and a a fine will be imposed
including exclsion from the event,
in accordance with Article. 151,152,153 FIA
International Sporting Code.
17.5 Organizer designate parking/camping on the night of 22/23.06.2012 and 23/24.06.2012
for the competitors/drivers who enjoy the night in cars „camperach”, located in the Area
of National Roads in Starwa Wieś

VIII PARC FERME
Art.18. Parc ferme
18.1 Parc ferme is located in:
- Finish Parc, 600 meters behind the finish line,
- Start Line, after finishing of each round.
18.2 In DEPO after finishing-line competitors are obliged to limit their speed to 30 km/h.
During competition there will be patrols on the track leading to DEPO Meta which will
control the speed. If driver does not stick to the rules, he will be imposed with charge
500 PLN or 125 euro.

IX. CLASSIFICATION, PROTESTS, APPEALS
Art.19. Classification.
19.1 In every round in CEZ FIA, MSR, GSMP there will be such classification:
a) CEZ FIA:
- general classification in groups
- classification in particular classes
b) MSR:
- general
- cars of category I and II
- general in groups
- in classes
- cars with Diesel engine
- in Junior category
c) GSMP:
- general individual
- general individual for every group
- individual in classes of engine capacity by art 4 of General Regulation GSMP.
- sponsor classification.
In this classification points which were got in particular classes by max. three of the best
competitors of team counts.
19.2
Individual classificatation in the round will be made on the basis of the sum of got time
results from two races of the round.
19.3
In the case of tie, there are some criteria which decides about better position in
clasiffication:better results in one of the races of round, in the case of the same
results ex aequo is given.
Art.20. Protests, appeals
20.1 All protests have to be drawn up in writing and provided personally to Clerk of the
Course or to one of the Stewards, together with the deposit set at 200% of the Entry
Fee. If a car disassembly and repeated assembly of its various parts is necessary the
protest have to be handed in with additional deposit:
a) 300% of the Entrance Fee – if the protest regards precisely described car’s unit
(engine, gear box, body, break system, steering system, wiring);
b) 500% of the Entrance Fee – if the protest regards the whole car.
In case the costs of considering the protest are higher than the made deposit the
petitioner is obliged to pay the difference.
The deposit shall be refunded to the petitioner if the protest is uphold.
20.2
Protests regarding the running of the event can be lodged at any time of proceeding the
Race. However, the deadline for the lodging of protests against the classification shall be
made within 30 minutes after the posting of the final, provisional results
20.3
Protests regarding the decisions taken by the judges an the Technical Controllers shall be
lodged immediately after the decision is made.
20.4
Deposit relating to appealing from decision of ZSS do ASN/PZM amounts 2.500 PLN or
600 € [euro].
X. PRIZES, CUPS, CEREMONY OF GIVING PRIZES AND CUPS
Art.21. Cups and prizes
21.1 In the CEZ FIA Round cups will be granted in general clasification of particular groups:
- Group N: I, II, III position,
- Group A: I, II, III position,
- Group E1: I, II, III position.

21.2
In every round MSR such cups will be granted - in line with MSR regulation:
- General classification of category I, II;
- Classification in groups N, A, S, SP, E1, E2, CN, HKI, HKII;
- Classification in classes N, A, S, SP, E1, E2, CN, HKI, HKII;
- Classification JUNIOR;
- Classification of vehicles DIESEL;
21.3.1 In every round GSMP such cups will be granted:
a) individual
- for 1,2,3 position in general clasiffication
b) individual in general clasiffication in groups and classes (excluding historical cars):
- with 3 clasified competitors for 1 position
- with 4-5 clasified competitors for 1 and 2 position
- with 6 and more clasified competotors for 1,2,3 position.
21.3.2 In clasification of historical cars such cups will be granted:
a) individual
- for 1,2,3 position in general clasification in age groups
b) individual in capacity classes
with 3 clasified competitors for 1 position
with 4-5 clasified competitors for 2,3 position
with 6 and more clasified competitors for 1,2,3 position.
21.3.3 In the classification of sponsorship for I, II and III position.
21.4
Material prizes are dependent on financial possibility of organizer. The list of these prizes
with their usage must be publicated on announcement board before starting in the race.
Art. 22. Prizes and Cups-Giving Ceremony.
22.1 Ceremony of Giving Cups and Prizes for:
- 5th Round MSR and GSMP on 23.06.2012 - start line stage,
- 5th Round FIA CEZ and 6th Round MSR and GSMP on 24.06.2012 - start line stage
22.2
Every participant is obliged to take part in Prizes-Giving ceremony, particularly rewarded
competitors/drivers, who must be dressed in sports clothes. Every case of absence of
rewarded driver which is not excused will result, through motion of Clerk of the Course,
in imposing financial charge 125 euro or 500 PLN by decision of ZSS.
This punishment is ordinal penalty which does not affect sports result. The fine should be
paid in for the account of Organizer of the race by punished competitor/driver during 7
days from the day of receiving decision ZSS about imposing penalty. Not sticking to this
obligation will be considered every time and individually by PZM, which can result in with
the possibility of imposing additional penalty, with suspension of competitor's/driver's
licence, inclusively.
Every competitor/driver can apply from the decision of ZSS according to point 182, 183
MKS.
XI. SPECIFIC DECISIONS
Art.23. Environment Protection
23.1 All the competitors are required to use protective sheets against the destruction and
pollution of
the ground surface with petroleum materials. The statement by the
organizer any maintenance work without the security required under the car, would
entail the imposition of a fine of € 125 [euro] 500 PLN or other penalties by decision of
the Stewards.

Art.24.Other
24.1 Regards GSMP. In special justified cases the organizer allows for additional
administrative checks and technical checks 19:30 on 22.06.2012 for an additional
300 PLN.
24.2 It is forbidden to lead any advert campaign on the race track, in DEPO and in the office
of competition which is not agreed with Organizer.
24.3 The first meeting of the Stewards takes place on:
22.06.2012 at 20:00 – Limanowa Community Centre (Br. Czecha Street, Limanowa)
- the place and the dates of further meetings will be established by the Stewards and
published on the official notice board.
