USMLE US Course Options
Deluxe Prep
Step 1

With this course you can combine the benefits of attending dynamic, live lectures with the more flexible
center-based resources of Structured Self Study. You will select a 7-week, 14-week or 16-week live lecture
series for Step 1 (6-weeks for 2 CK or 12 days for Step 3), where you will participate in a classroom environment with our expert faculty and study the most relevant exam content. This combination course has all
that you need to succeed: high-yield content covered in both live and self-study formats, access to Qbank
Plus for exam-style questions and the revolutionary Personal Learning System with full-length, simulated
exams. In addition, trained residency advisors will assist you in mapping out your residency timeline and
planning your studies accordingly throughout your enrollment.
7 week live lecture option:Structured live lectures covering all the basic science disciplines in
turn. Live lectures are generally delivered 5-days per week during the
day incorporating 50 minutes of class with hourly breaks.
14 week live lecture option:
This lecture series encourages greater interaction by following
structured live lectures in the mornings with facilitated small group
sessions in the afternoons. In the facilitated small group sessions, you
will discuss the topics covered in the morning lecture in greater detail.
16 week live lecture option:This option is similar to the 14-week option described above, but also
includes 4 days of foundation conceptual based lectures framing the
basic sciences in a clinical context, 4 days of Integrated Cases and onehour small group faculty review after each lecture.
