Complete trip details
Day 1
Phnom Penh: (Meals: _/L/_)
We start the photography tour with an introductory morning workshop before we go out to explore
Phnom Penh’s streets. We will visit local markets and Buddhist temple sites, the Royal Palace, Silver
Pagoda and Tuol Sleng; as well as taking our time to highlight some of the typical Khmer architecture
from the sixties.
Day 2
Phnom Penh, Oudong & Kampong Chhnang (Meals: B/L/_)
We leave the capitol behind, past rice fields and rural life towards Oudong, once the capital of ancient
Cambodia. We climb the hill for spectacular 360 degree views, before stop for a short lunchtime
workshop. In the late afternoon we continue our trip to Kampong Chhnang on the borders of Tonle Sap
Lake.
Day 3
Phnom Penh
Kampong Chhnang to Battambang: (Meals: B/L/_)
In the early morning at sunrise we take a boat to a floating village on Tonle Sap lake for a photo
documentary on life on water. After lunch we continue up the road to Battambang and Cambodia’s
rice bowl. We visit Phnom Sampeau Mountain, famous for its killing caves and on the way we will see
large fields of lotus flowers.
Day 4
Battambang to Siem Reap: (Meals B/L/_)
During the ‘green’ season we will take a boat ride to Siem Reap, giving you lots of photo opportunities
along the way. We’ll end up at some floating villages on Tonle Sap before transferred to Siem Reap
and the gateway to Angkor Wat. In the late afternoon we will have a fine art photography workshop
near the ancient temple site.
Day 5
Oudong & Kampong Chhnang
Angkor Archaeological Park (Meals: B/L/_)
Today we spend a full day at the temples within the Angkor Archaeological Park for photo shoots at
Angkor Wat, the Bayon, Ta Prohm, Preah Khan and more, taking in each temple at the right time to
capture those all important picture post card shots.
Day 6
Countryside & Floating Villages Tour:
(Meals: B/L/_)
Today we spend a full day on a countryside tour around Siem Reap. In the morning we will visit a
