Siem Reap and the Temples of Angkor (2 Days/1 Night)
Tour Itinerary
Arrival: Afternoon
Day 01: Arrive – Siem Reap (-/D)
Arrive at Siem Reap International airport where you will be met by your tour guide and
transfer to your hotel for check-in. After check-in, visit Les Artisans D’ Angkor and see their
stone and wood carving workshops where the artisans are taught to use traditional Khmer
techniques. Next, visit the Old Market where you can see the fresh local product being sold
and browse the souvenir stalls.
In the early evening, walk to the top of the hill "Phnom Bakheng" to see the sunset and see
the fabulous view of the Angkor area. Return to the town centre for a buffet style dinner at
the Tonle Mekong restaurant, where you can sample many Cambodian and South East Asian
dishes whilst watching a dance show made up of traditional Cambodian dances including
the classic Apsara Dance.
Day 02: Siem Reap – Angkor - Departure (B/L/-)
After breakfast, visit the South Gate of Angkor Thom and the famous Bayon temple. Move
on to the Phimean Akas temples, the Elephant Terrace & Leper King and lastly the
beautiful Ta Prohm temple which is embraced by the roots of enormous fig trees and then
lunch at a local restaurant.
In the afternoon, visit the magnificent World Heritage site of Angkor Wat. After a day at
the temples, enjoy your free time to relax or do some last minute shopping before transfer
to the airport for your evening flight.

Day 1: Arrive Siem Reap (L/D)
AM: Arrive Siem Reap Airport, pick up and transfer to hotel. Lunch at local restaurant.

enormous fig trees and drive to a local restaurant for lunch afterwards. PM: Visit Prasat,
Preah Khan then Angkor Wat and drive to a local restaurant for dinner and enjoy the
traditional Apsara performance.
Day 3: Final day in Siem Reap (B)
After breakfast, free time to shop or just take a last look around town. Transfer to airport
for departure.

Citadel’. Located 32 km from Siem Reap town, this was Cambodia’s last major Khmer
temple to be re-discovered. Then drive to a local restaurant for lunch. In the afternoon,
visit the fabulous Ta Prohm Temple which is embraced by the roots of enormous fig trees
and move on to an extensive tour to the magnificent World Heritage site of Angkor Wat. In
the evening, enjoy a buffet style dinner at the Tonle Mekong restaurant where you can
sample many Cambodian and South East Asian dishes whilst watching a dance show made
up of traditional Cambodian dances including the classic Apsara Dance.
Day 03: Siem Reap - Departure (B/L/-)
Breakfast and then visit the Roluos group of temples. These 3 monuments served as the
capital during the reign of King Indravaraman I (877-89), are among the earliest large and
permanent temples of the Khmer classical art period. Preah Ko, erected by Indavaraman I
in the late 9th century was dedicated by the King to his ancestors. Bakhong is the largest
and the most interesting of the Roluos group temples with its active Buddhist monastery.
Lastly Lolei, who’s four brick towers are replicas of the ones at Preah Ko, it was built on an
islet in the center of large reservoir by Yasovarman I; The founder of the first city of
Angkor. Lunch at a local restaurant.
In the afternoon enjoy some free time to relax or do some shopping before transfer to the
airport for your evening departure flight.

Jayavarman VII and drive to a local restaurant for lunch. In the afternoon, visit Banteay
Kdei which is a beautiful temple surrounded by four concentric walls, then Srah Srang “the
pool of ablutions” and lastly Prasat Kravan temple with its unique interior brick sculptures
and dinner will be served at local restaurant.
Day 04: Siem Reap - Departure (B/-/-)
Breakfast at hotel. In the morning, visit Les Artisans D’ Angkor and see their stone and
wood carving workshops where the artisans are taught to use traditional Khmer techniques.
You can also do some last minute shopping here. Transfer to airport for your departure
flight.

Arrival: Afternoon
Day 1: Chau Doc – Phnom Penh (D)
Take a speed boat to Phnom Penh. Arrive at boat pier in Phnom Penh meet up with your
guide and transfer to Hotel for check in. Afternoon free at leisure and shopping at Central
Market. In the evening transfer to have dinner at local restaurant. Overnight at hotel in
Phnom Penh.
Day 2: Phnom Penh (B/L/D)
Breakfast at hotel, Visit to Monument Victory, National Museum, Royal Palace Compound or
Silver Pagoda, The Notorious Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum. Lunch at local restaurant. PM:
Visit Choeng Ek Killing Field and Russian market, Wat Phnom Temple. Dinner at local
restaurant and overnight at the hotel.
Day 3: Phnom Penh - Siem Reap (B/L/D)
After breakfast, drive to Siem Reap by overland and have chance to see the countryside.
Arrive Siem Reap at noon and go straight to a local restaurant for lunch where you will
meet your Tour Guide. After lunch, transfer to the hotel for check in. PM: Watch the
sunset over Angkor Wat from Phnom Bakheng hill. Dinner and overnight in Siem Reap.
Day 4: Siem Reap (B/L/D)
After breakfast, excursion to the most beautiful fine-art of Khmer cultural temple of
Banteay Srey or the Womans' Citadel, it was Cambodia's last major Khmer temple to be rediscovered located 32Km from Siem Reap. Then drive to Ta Prohm temple. Lunch at local
restaurant. PM: Visit the ancient royal capital of Angkor Thom which includes; Bayon,
Phimeanakas temple, Terraces of Elephants and Leper king. Then proceed to see the 7th
World Heritage wonder, the Angkor Wat until sunset. Dinner at local restaurant and
overnight in Siem Reap
Day 5: Siem Reap departure (B)
Breakfast and then free at leisure. Drive to the market for last minute shopping before
going to airport for your departure. End of the tour.

Arrival: Morning
Day 1: Arrival - Phnom Penh (L/D)
Arrive at Phnom Penh International airport where you will be met by your tour guide and
then transfer to your hotel for check-in. At midday, you will be taken to a local restaurant
for lunch. Afternoon, A visit to Monument Victory, National Museum, Royal Palace

Day 2: Phnom Penh – Rattanakiri (B/L/D)
Breakfast at hotel, and travel to Ratanakiri. The Journey will take 12 hours to covered 623
km distance. On the way, you can enjoy a highlights of the people live a long the way.
Lunch at local restaurant, Upon at arrive at Ratanakiri transfer to hotel for check in.
Dinner at local restaurant and overnight at hotel.
Day 3: Rattanakiri (B/L/D)
Excursion by jeep on a bumpy road to discovery of the waterfall about 8 km Nortest of
Banlung Town. It is the most impressive of them. then visit Kachan and Kattieng waterfalls
and enjoy the riding on the elephant through the jungle at Kattieng Village. Visit Yeak Lom
Lake (Volcanic lake) and take a walk through this area to enjoy the peaceful scenery. You
can take a bath at Yak Lom Lake. Overnight at hotel.
Day 4: Rattanakiri – Voeun Sai District (B/L/D)
After breakfast departure to Voeun Sai district.Arrive at Fain Village (Sesan river side) pass
across sesan river by small boat. Visit the ethnic minority village at Oakalan, 3 km South of
Voeun Sai. Lunch box will be provied. After lunch, return to visit Kachon Village. On the
way back to Banlung visit the wide Volcanic rock landsape at Veal Rumplan. Overnight at
hotel.
Day 5: Rattanakiri – Bor Koe district & Andong Meas (B/L/D)
Today we will travel a long the road No. 19 toward to Vietnamese border. On the way have
stop over to visit the ethnic minority village Toumpourn and Jarai and we cross rubber
plantations, cashew nut, coffee and peper plantions and finally have a stop at the village
Borkeo where you can have some restaurant and have picnic lunch. Then go back towards
Andong Meas to visit some Jarai village. Return to Banlung Town and overnight.
Day 6: Rattanakiri – Stung Treng (B/L/D)
After breakfast we pay a visit the local market in Banlung Town. All shopping done we
proceed by car to the picturesque town of Stung Treng which located on the Mekong River.
Check in at hotel and rest of the day free at leisure. Overnight in Stung Treng.
Day 7: Stung Treng (B/L/D)
Today we travel by car up the Mekong river to try to catch a glimps of the Mekong river
dolphins at Anlong Chheu Teal near the border with Laos. Lunch will be taken at the
Laotion border town of Voeun Kham. Return to Stung Treng by boat and overnight in hotel.
Day 8: Stung Treng – Kratie (B/L/D)
After breakfast we will take the local boat to travel over the Mekong river from Stung
Treng to Kratie. You will see the beautiful Cambodia country side along the river. Arrive st
Kratie provincial town and transfer to hotel. In the afternoon sightseeing at the ruins of
Wat Vihea Kok near Sambo (North Kratie). Overnight in the hotel in Kratie.
Day 9: Kratie – Kampong Cham (B/L/D)
Breakfast, continue our trip by boat to the city of Kompong Cham. Arrive in Kompong Cham
and check in the hotel. Free at leisure to explore Kompong Cham. Overnight in hotel.
Day 10: Kampong Cham – Siem Reap (B/L/D)
Breakfast. Visit the mountains “Phnom Pros and Phnom Srey” and Pagoda Nokor Bachey
from the Angkor era. After lunch visit the rubber plantation of Chubb and see the rubber
production process. Then drive to Siem Reap by overland. Arrive Siem Reap transfer to
hotel.
Day 11: Siem Reap (B/L/D)
Breakfast, visit to South Gate of Angkor Them, Bayon temple complex, Baphoun, Phimean
Akas then Elephant Terrace and Leper King Terrace. Afternoon, visit the fabulous Ta Prohm
Temple which is embraced by the roots of enormous fig trees and then visit the 7th world
heritage wonderful of Angkor Wat.
