Flag Face-Paint Step 3: Select the Clipart image you`d like
Step 1: Open the picture you’d like to edit
in the photo editor. Tap on the Clipart icon.

the top right corner of the Clipart image to
rotate it. Use the arrow icon in the bottom
right corner to enlarge it. Drag the Clipart
image to place it over the face of your
subject.
Step 5: Tap on the “Hard Light” blending
mode at the bottom of the screen. Use the
slider to slightly reduce the opacity.
Step 6: Tap on the eraser icon at the top
of the screen.
Select the “Flag Face-Paint”

Step 7:
Perform a two-finger pinch to
zoom in.
Step 10:
Tap on the eraser icon again.
Use the sliders to reduce the opacity and the
hardness. Use your finger or stylus to erase
patches of the Clipart image around the
eye and along the edges for a more realistic
appearance.
Step 8:
Tap on the eraser icon at the
bottom of the screen to open the brush
settings menu. Use the sliders to reduce the
size and the hardness. Use your finger or
stylus to erase parts of the Clipart image.

Use the slider to bring the
opacity back up to 90%. Tap on “Apply.”

Step 13:
The lines on the flag still look a
little too straight to be painted on the face, so
now we’ll bend them a bit with the Stretch Tool
to make it look more realistic. Tap on the Tools
icon in the bottom menu bar.
Step 14:
Step 16: Perform a two-finger pinch to
zoom in on the image.
Step 17: Use your finger or stylus to
stretch the image along the lines of the flag.
When you’re done, tap on “Apply.”
Select the Stretch Tool.
Step 15:
Tap on “Warp” to open the brush
settings menu. Use the slider to reduce the
size.
Step 18:
Tap on the arrow icon in the top
right corner. Save your work and share it on
PicsArt with the hashtag #FlagFacePaint!
