As we move into 2016, we come humbly before you our partners
It was God's love that sent His Son Jesus Christ
to be born on earth and to die for our sins.
It was God's grace that sent missionaries to China
so a young boy could hear about Christ.
It was God's love that prompted this young boy
many years later to become a missionary.
It was God's grace that sent him to Kyrgyzstan at age 65,
so thousands of children can hear about Christ.
It was God's love that brought others to serve with him
some in Kyrgyzstan, some in the U.S. and elsewhere.
It was God's grace that kept this mission strong and vibrant
all these years, through good and bad times.
It is God's love that bonds the workers in unity to serve the mission,
a true picture of their Christian love.
It is God's grace that sustains Elder and Mrs. Yang to this day,
even though their bodies grow more fragile by the day
It is God's love that motivates the CASA board with strong leadership
and continuous commitment to guide and serve the ministry.
It is God's grace that bless us with wonderful partners in our mission,
without them this ministry would not exist.
As we move into 2016, we come humbly before you our partners, with a grateful heart for
your prayers and support. Please pray for health and strength for Elder and Mrs. Yang, for comfort
from the loss of their son Josh, and for God's wisdom to guide all our leadership in this important
ministry.
Please continue to pray for the many financial needs of the ministry as we received very low
December donations. As we watch world news, we know that working in a Muslim country is a
special grace from God. Please join us before the window of opportunity narrows.
CASA Board President Butch Rafferty will be traveling back and forth between the U.S. and
Kyrgyzstan to oversee the ministry while Elder Yang remains stateside to recuperate. Other CASA
board members will assume Elder Yang's travels to Asia and the U.S. to maintain donor relations.
Esther Yang and her team of volunteers will continue to oversee the CASA office. In Kyrgyzstan, we
are blessed to have a loyal, stable administrative staff, led by Elena as the Administrator and Natalia
as the Comptroller. They have both served since the ministry's inception in 2000 and they oversee
a wonderful staff at the schools and orphanage. IUCA remains under the able leadership of Dr.
John Clark and Camilla.
In Christ’s service,
The CASA Board of Directors
A Special Message from Elena...
Dear All,
Thank you all, that you are in the past year have been with us. You supported us. And thanks to your efforts, we can do a fine job for God in Kyrgyzstan.
In many difficulties that we had last year, we could see and merciful hand of God over all of us.
As in the CASA and in MCCF we had the loss of loved ones, we had health problems, had difficulties of
relationships with each other ...
But God gave us pass through this period.
We want to move forward and implement the vision that the Lord gave to Mr. Yang.
Without your help, we are unable to do many things. Once again we say thank you to all of you, that you
trust us and give us an opportunity to serve with you in Kyrgyzstan that children in a Muslim country know
the Love of God and Jesus Christ.
We wish you and your families a good, blessed and fruitful New Year!
