Choose from several finishing options to break up and
level the toughest soil types. Heavy-duty flexible spike tooth harrows combined
with single or double rolling baskets make it the perfect combination tool for
your disk, field cultivator or vertical tillage tool. Damp fields can be aerated and
dried in a single pass and chemicals are incorporated to recommended depths.
The soil can be conditioned, breaking down clods and separating small- and
large-size particles for excellent seed-to-soil contact.
The RBH Series is a great match to any tillage tool, creating a one-pass system for
seedbed preparation. The single hydraulic circuit control to lift and fold, the long
telescoping hitch and the narrow transport make it ideal for towing behind your
existing tools.

3-Point No-Till Rolling Stalk Chopper
Ideal For Conservation Corn Ground Preparation
McFarlane’s No-Till Stalk Chopper is an excellent way to chop standing stalks. This 3-point mounted
machine features two rows of spiders holding reels with 8 hardened steel chopping knives on the
front bar and 6 hardened knives on the rear bar. The front row chops the ridge stalks and the rear
row is offset for valley tilling. The spiders are design to permit adjustable row spacing. In addition,
chopping knives can be set to run straight or at right or left angles. This permits McFarlane’s Stalk
Chopper to work efficiently in practically any ridge-till field.

The Seedbed Conditioner is a multipurpose field preparation tool used for either chopping stalks and/or
preparing fields for planting. It is a unique combination of tools that can chop stalks, stir loosened soil and
leave a level seedbed. With several options, the Seedbed Conditioner can be tailored to a growers specific
needs. With either a rigid or folding toolbar, the units can be configured to virtually any row spacing and
cutting width, up to a 12 row 40” configuration.
When equipped with cultivator sweeps and double rolling

basket, the Seedbed Conditioner is an ideal tool for using on
crops grown on raised beds. Remove the previous crop’s

Hydraulic Disk Gang Adjustment option will be factory installed if ordered with a new machine, or it may be field installed
onto any RD4100 Series Reel Disk – Approximate dealer installation time is 1 hour for RD-4112 – RD-4116, 2 hours for
RD-4120 – RD-4135, and 3 hours for RD-4145. Hydraulic Disk Gang Angle cannot be installed on the RD4000
Series Reel Disks.
All major components (frames, hydraulics, disk gangs, spiral reel gangs, lift arm/rolling baskets) are setup and included in the
list price. Setup required after delivery includes attaching the hitch to the main frame and attaching the lift arm/rolling basket
sub-assemblies to the frame. Approximate setup time is 1-2 hours for 12’ through 16’ models, 2-3 hours for 20’ through 30’
models and 3-4 hours for 35’ and 45’ models.
