To participate in the activities, you must complete the
registration form where an ‘R’ is shown by the activity.
Where an ‘O’ is shown by the activity, no registration is
needed – just turn up.
If you are under 16, your form must include the signed
consent of the parent/ carer. If you are over 16, no
parental consent is needed.
Young people in the groups listed across will be given
priority in allocation of places. There is no charge for these
summer activities.
