manufacturing of livestock handling equipment. By working together closely with our
dealers and customers, the product line has been constantly expanded and updated
to include numerous patented items that have been highly sought after.
Over time we expanded our product line to include Fabric Covered Steel Frame
Buildings and have become a leader in this product line.
Our goal continues to be to provide greater value with new products that better meet
the needs of our customers, while maintaining a level of quality that is unsurpassed
in the industry. CWB certified welding staff ensure that each weld and truss are
manufactured to the highest standards.

All HiQual products are finished with our distinctive HiQual Brown Powder
Paint. This finish and color have become well known in the industry for
its long lasting quality which provides a glass-like, non-abrasive, smooth
finish to prevent any premature wear in the fabric cover.
Membrane fabric over steel truss buildings are the leaders in growth
and popularity over the last 10 years - and we are leading the way
in construction techniques and designs that our customers are
demanding.
HiQual has partnered with one of the leading paint suppliers in the
industry to develop and continually refine the HiQual Brown Powder
Paint and its application process.
Our buildings are designed with the latest modern technologies that
are available to maximize the strength and durability of a balanced
framework. Our research and development team apply standard
techniques to bring our buildings to a physical failure point to ensure
their performance in the field. We use outside engineering firms to assist
and qualify our designs and performance during these tests.

By starting with selecting only quality steel, coupled with a multistage wash and cleaning system - we ensure that the surface is ready
to accept the HiQual Powder Paint. The products are all baked at 450
degrees, resulting in an extremely durable corrosion resistant and
abrasion resistant finish that will stand the test of time in the field.

High Solar Energy Values & High Light Transfer
Our 12 ounce 23 mil NovaShield IITM membrane fabrics with ArmorkoteTM
are prime materials especially formulated for our building designs,
ensuring many years of trouble free performance. During daylight hours,
our buildings will be up to 20°F warmer than a conventional building
- and up to 80% light transfer allows for a high degree of comfort and
enjoyable working conditions.

Round Over Roof Design
Warranty
The round over Design is proven to be the configuration that provides the
best performance and longevity of all the main covers. Care must be
taken at all times to ensure the covers are tight to the frame members
and not allowed to vibrate in windy conditions. Any straight line roof
configurations are considered to be less than adequate for maximizing
the longevity of the covers.
All HiQual buildings come with the same industry leading 15 year prorated warranty on the main cover, to provide peace of mind for years of
trouble free service with low maintenance and operating costs.
Modular Design For Easy Assembly & Relocation Customer Service & Support
All our buildings are pre-engineered and are modular in design – allowing
several buildings to be “connected” to each other, offering unlimited
lengths. Simplicity is the rule, with minimal heavy equipment required.
Low cost foundation options can meet most of our customer needs.

easily be relocated. Many of our customers have used their buildings in
several different locations as required.

Doors
Standard kits are white with green stripes on each end,
but many other colors are available as a special order.
Designed to last 20 plus years. A fire retardant membrane
is also available for special applications.
Our portable line has been tested by outside engineering
firms, and we have designed these packages to withstand
most North American wind and snow loads.
All kits come standard with one or two roll-up doors, but
buildings can be custom fitted with nearly any type of
door including bi-folds, overhead panel and our Accutrack
fabric door system
Modular Design, Easy Assembly
Heavy 3” Powder Coated Tube Frame
No Permanent Foundation Required
All of our portable buildings are pre-engineered and are
modular in design – allowing several buildings to be
“connected” to each other, offering unlimited lengths.
Heavy 3” 100 wall tubular steel is used for the frame,
and all steel components are Powder Coated for extreme
durability in all applications. Arch spacing ranges from 5’
to 8’. We use better steel, and more of it!
Continuous outer frame for a built-in foundation, all kits
come standard with HiQual Screw Anchors for ground mount
applications. We can custom make mounting hardware
to secure your building to virtually any surface such as
concrete floors, cement blocks, and wood pony walls.
Simplicity is the rule, with no heavy equipment required
for putting the building up, and no permanent foundation
is required with our portable kits - allowing the ability to
relocate the building very easily. Typical installation time is
aproximately 30 man hours.

Standard kits are typically in stock and ready for pickup or
delivery from our large dealer network.

Maximimum 12’ arch spacing on the HIQual Welded Truss
Buildings ensures added strength. We use more trusses,
and better steel - giving you a better building!
Our Welded Truss line has been tested by outside
engineering firms, and we have designed these packages
to withstand North American wind and snow loads.
Minimum 20” and up to 36” truss depth on all HiQual
Welded Truss Buildings. 1.5” structural webbing increases
the load bearing ability.
End Wall Design
Double Cross Purlin Design
Heel Plates
End wall trusses are all steel engineered to balance load
and maximize the strength of the building. Reducing
endwall flapping in the wind dramatically reduces endwall
fabric wear. This reduction is achieved with sewn-in
D-rings, double stiched on the membrane fabric and
attached at multiple points to steel horizontal supports
with canvas lacing.
HiQual Purlins are manufactured with heavy wall steel
tubing. All purlins in the truss design are multiplied together
to form a crossover connection between each truss. This
configuration discourages the truss to twist in high wind or
snow load conditions, and allows each bay to perform at
maximum strength.
Truss end heel plates are made of heavy steel, minimizing
twisting and failure in accute weather situations. Heel
plates offer a unique bolt-on assembly, creating a simple
time saving erection procedure.
