We the PARENTS and/or GUARDIAN of the contestant entered do hereby release Miss
All-Canadian, its Directors and Staff from any and all claims for damages directly or indirectly before,
during or after the Pageant. Judges decisions are final. It is agreed that we will accept this, abide by the
rules and regulations and conduct ourselves in a good sportsmanship manner. We understand that some
picture may be taken at the pageant and used for future flyers and be on the website
Signature:
Everyone participates in the main contest & appears in the contestant lineup of the book,
after that optional categories are exactly that –optional !–enter one or all of them.

BABIES 0-3 Years: Each child will go on stage with one adult. Contestants will be presented in
a group line up, followed by an individual intro to the judges. Just be cute & bubbly!
CHILDREN /TEENS ( 4 years & up ) Contestants will be presented in a group line-up . Each
child will be given the microphone to introduce themselves to the panel of judges, then a simple
walk down to the judges table.
The winner in each age division will receive a Large Diamond Jubilee Trophy, Large Rhinestone Tiara
(girls), satin & fur crown (boys), Gold embossed satin banner, certificate & gift.
Runner-ups:
Each age category will have (4) Runner-ups with Titles, Trophies & gifts
Everyone will win something— if you are not Winner or runnerup you will receive a
participation trophy/medallion/gift or tiara because everyone is a winner at our pageant !

This very special title will go to the one

Each time you are on stage you are making a new impact on the Judges .
Awards are more exciting when you could be accepting more than one.
One contestant in each age division will be awarded the Overall High Point
Title and be acknowledged for their accomplishments. Each Overall
High Point Winner will then qualify to win the CASH and titles of

PHOTOGENIC
Bring a photo any size in either color or black & white. Judging based upon photogenic features and the ability
to come across well in photos. NO frames please! DOES NOT HAVE TO BE PROFESSIONAL! If you
simply can’t decide you can enter a 2nd photo for an additional fee. Name and age on back of photo please
FUN PHOTO
Bring a photo showing your fun or silly side, any size. Judging based on the silliest, craziest photo.

SUNGLASS PHOTO
There is a well known company looking to hire someone who looks stylish in shades .They will judge these
photo entries and let us know who they would like to hire, it might be you! So if you have a great photo here’s
your chance to win a trophy, medallion and even be paid for an upcoming advertisement. It could be a glamorous sunglasses , funny shades, trendy specs, goofy, silly, Picture must have sunglasses somewhere in the
photo, either you are wearing them, cleaning them, picking them out at a store –etc Name & age on back .
PORTFOLIO
Label your album with name, age. Either on front cover or inside front cover- Maximum 12 photographs.
Judging based on ,versatility of looks, expressions and poses. All sizes and quality ,black & white or color
accepted. Home or professional-or mixture of both. Must be in a booklet form
OUTFIT OF CHOICE MODEL
You choose the outfit that you like best to model for us– something that looks like you belong in the pages of
a fashion magazine, something casual, playful, glamorous, business style, Co-ordinate from head to toe the
outfit our your choice and then work the runway—Ok– babies may need a little help going down the runway.
COSTUME
Surprise us, be creative and unique, use your imagination. Halloween costumes—storybook characters etc.
Props are welcome– be original and model your costume on the runway for the judges.

SPORTSWEAR MODEL
What is your favourite sport? Dress like a tennis star, a football player, are you currently on a team like soccer,
hockey? Do you like gymnastics, fishing, ? How about boxing, bullfighting, skiing, I’m sure you can think of
many other sports—pick one you like and dress the part–props are welcome.
COUNTRY & WESTERN WEAR
Roundup your Rhinestone Cowboy outfits, Daisy Dukes or your jeans. Maybe you’re the new sheriff in town,
a real rodeo cowboy, Cowboys & Indians, Any western themed idea -Model to Country music .Yee !Haw!
TALENT
If you have a special talent such as singing, dancing, playing an instrument or you may choose to lip sync to
your favorite song. Judging based on presentation, projection, personality, professionalism and overall effect.
Limit talent to a maximum of 3 minutes. Marking cd cover with contestant name and song number, counts in
the scoring in regards to professionalism. You can enter extra talent too!!
**BONUS**
You can bring a friend that has not won their
Main entry fee to the Grand Finals for FREE! Just because they are
your friend they will be allowed to enter the Grand Finals with their
Main entry FREE too!! If you bring someone new who has not done
our pageant to the Finals you will be presented with a Friendship
Diamond Jubilee gift !! New friend must have their form in by the deadline.

Tiaras shown are the ones we will order for your number of pages– on the chance that the
style has changed you will receive the same height as advertised but a different style.
1/ DIAMOND JUBILEE CONTESTANT LINE-UP
EVERY CONTESTANT MUST BE IN THIS SECTION. There will be a photo of each
contestant in this section. The charge for printing your photo in this section is $80.00
which includes your own personal copy of the 2012 Program Book and the delivery of
copies sent to various casting agents, talent managements, scouts & our personal clients
who book kids thru us. You must send your fee and photo in by the deadline. Label
photo on back—Name and Age Division . Some people have sent their picture and fee to
be in the program book even if they are not in the pageant in order to be seen by the
agents * clients* scouts for possible paid bookings for commercials. So anyone can be in
the program in the lineup or ad pages even if you are not entering the pageant.
2/SPONSOR PAGES
You’re time to shine! We hope that every contestant will strive to have one full sponsor
page this will guarantee you being presented with a distinctive one foot trophy and tiara
YOUR PHOTOGRAPH will appear on EVERY PAGE sold by you! The more pages
you appear on, the more agents and directors viewing the book will notice you. Label
your photo on the back with your Name, Age, & Sponsor. Our Professional Artist will
create a unique page just for you. Any size photo is acceptable. Remember the better the
quality picture you send us the better your page will look, you can email pictures too, but
please only send ―completed pages‖ which means send the fee, the information & your
picture at the same time- The total price per page is $160.00. Everyone who obtains just
one page will receive a Diamond Jubilee trophy and rhinestone tiara ( girls) trophy &
medallion for boys***BONUS*** obtaining at least one ad page will also get you in the
