To succeed in promoting the VacuCobra look for projects
concerning large distribution/handling facilities.
Light objects are still being handled manually in many
cases. These are the projects we want because the
VacuCobra IS faster than manual handling! For a trained
operator it is quite possible to lift up to 15 times/minute!
Look for projects where there is a demand for high speed
performance. The one-handed operation and upwards
striving technique are strong sales arguments.

foam rubber for extra flexibility.

Two complete VacuCobra Adapter VC120 systems installed in plastic industry to
handle boxes containing manufactured pastic parts.
One system is installed in a space with very low headroom, ceiling height only 2,3 m (!).
This is solved with a VacuCobra with VM120 lift tube with extra wire distance and a
lowbuilt Lyftman LR86 aluminium crane system.
The VacuCobra can be equipped with the VM120 lift tube in order to increase lifting capacity to 40 kg.
The other system is an adapter VacuCobra VC100 in a Lyftman jib crane, LRAV4/40.
In both VacuCobra´s Kevin has used the 30600 suction foot. (see picture).

A total of nine units of VacuCobra installed in four crane systems cover the
warehousing area of this slaughter house.
The VacuCobra is the standard adapter version with a special suction foot
for handling boxes of frozen meat. The red silicone suction cups are better
suited for the cold environment and four cups allow for lifting from all
directions when you want to avoid the taped area of the box.
The aluminium crane system consists of four individual systems, all
measuring 12 x 2,5 meters each, in LR86 aluminium profile.
The vacuum pumps have been arranged in the upper corner of the
warehouse and a small jib crane is installed beside them to facilitate future
service and maintenance work.
This has to be one of the neatest installations ever?!

Crate tools are installed on these VacuCobra
VC100´s to lift plastic crates containing dairy
products in a large distribution area.
The VacuCobras are installed in a Lyftman
aluminium crane system.
This is a stripped version of the VC100 with no
tilt or swivelling function, just an attachment
plate for the crate tool.
The crate tool is equipped with forks to lift and
suction cups to grip the crates.
Suction cups keep a safe grip
on the crate AND keeps the
vacuum system open.
Several units of VacuCobra installed in a Lyftman aluminium
crane system are used to serve a complete distribution
area in dairy industry.
