Neapolitan pizza embodies the essence of what
authentic Italian pizza should be; soft,
well-cooked, fragrant and enclosed in a high, soft

crust.
Specific
prepa-
ration, ingredients, and method of cooking are
essential to recreating the tradition of pizza as it began in Naples.

Gennaro Nasti meets the best ingredients and recepies of Italy and the local market.
Besides the gourmet pizza there will be a whole range of gastronomic specialties of the best Italian cuisine (focaccia, panini, panzerotti, parmigiana, ecc ecc)

He is a master teacher in the most important
traditional pizza schools, having tw enty year s
exper i ence in cooking the Pizza according to
Neapolitan ancient way. In 2012, he came in second
at the 11th Wor l d Pi zzai uol o (Pi zza Chef )
Champi onshi p and he is a member of the Italian
Chefs Association. He was born and raised in
Naples, and ever since he was young he dedicated
himself to this ancient art, a substantial part of Italian
eating culture. He worked in several ancient pizzerias
in his town, which are considered apprenticeship
workshops for many modern pizza masters. Thanks
to his passion and creativity, he became a point of
reference for the “ Pi zza Napol etana Sgt”
(Traditional Speciality Guaranteed), not only in Italy,
but also in the world, he has worked and taught in
Spain, United States and France and he is constantly
innovating the new frontiers of the italian cuisine.

the market. Seating will be
limited to 100 patrons.
The building, approximately 150m2, will be located in the
district of Vitacura, one of the most expensive and
fashionable areas of Santiago.
Vitacura is at the center of the other expensive and
fashionable districts of Santiago: Las Condes, Lo
Barnechea, El Golf, and La Dehesa with an aggregate
population of almost one million of inhabitants.
