Cruz Province of Argentina, and was discovered by the explorer Perito Moreno in 1877.
The province, which is larger than the United Kingdom, has only 160,000 inhabitants.

To go ahead with reservation we will require a completed Reservation Form and a deposit of 35% of the total balance due. We send you a
Reservation Form, our bank details or address for cheques, and a full and up-to-date version of our Booking Terms and Conditions (which
you can also access on our website), which contains information regarding passports, visas and vaccinations. The full balance is due 90 days
prior to the departure date of the holiday, and full payment must thus accompany reservations made less than 90 days before trip
departure date. Late payments may result in cancellation of your reservation. We currently accept UK personal cheques and bank transfers.
N.B. Payment to Riding In Patagonia entitles us to assume that you have the authority to accept and do accept the Riding In Patagonia Booking Terms and
Conditions on behalf of yourself and your entire party. It is your responsibility to read these Terms and Conditions before making a reservation.

Our ABTOT number is 5161. As a member of the Association of Bonded Travel Organisers Trust Limited (ABTOT), Riding
In Patagonia Limited has provided a bond to meet the requirements of the Package Travel, Package Holidays and
Package Tours Regulations 1992.
In the event of Riding In Patagonia Limited’s insolvency, protection is provided for non-flight packages commencing in
and returning to the UK and other non-flight packages excluding pre arranged travel to and from your destination.
Please note that packages booked outside the UK are only protected when purchased directly with Riding In Patagonia
Limited.
In the above circumstances, if you have not yet travelled you may claim a refund, or if you have already travelled, you
may claim repatriation to the starting point of your non-flight package. (ABTOT website)
During riding...
During our rides (we spend around six hours in the saddle daily although sometimes more) we can stop to relax, take photos, enjoy the
view, catch our (and our horses’) breath, have a snack, drink some water, make a bathroom stop, etc. Safety is paramount at all times during
horse riding (especially when in remote areas).

Our highly personalised attention and small groups allow us to offer a unique experience in Patagonia, with the lowest possible
environmental impact. Our aim is to leave no trace, at all, and take with us nothing but fantastic memories and experiences.

Due to the sometimes extremely unpredictable nature of the weather in Patagonia, and occasional issues in Argentina beyond our control,
the itinerary is subject to modification and re-ordering at any time, and the decision of your guide must be respected at all times. Riders are
responsible for bringing suitable clothing for the program including riding helmets and Riding In Patagonia is not responsible for
organising such clothing for those who do not. (See our Booking Terms and Conditions.)
