This is probably the busiest time for our local
businesses and is definitely a busy time for
our community. From music festivals to classic
car shows, the boat show and sidewalk sales.
Farmers markets begin to display the bounty

capacity, golf courses are in full swing and
builders are making the most of the long
warm days. The whole region comes alive in
the summer months giving us all a chance to
showcase our businesses to fellow citizens
and tourists alike.
Tourism information can be found at the
Orillia District Chamber of Commerce’s office
on Front Street and at the Port of Orillia. The
Chamber also promotes our community
events on its website, as well as Provincial and
County websites and through its e-broadcast
messages. This selection of tourism resources
is supplemented by our knowledgeable and
personable Chamber staff, both at our Front
Street location and at the Port of Orillia.
