CORVATSCH 3,303 – TOP OF ENGADIN
The Corvatsch mountain top station lies high above the Engadin. At an
altitude of 3,303 m above sea level, it is the highest mountain top station
of the Eastern Alps. There are no better conditions for snow adventures.
Winter sports enthusiasts are welcomed by 120 km of groomed ski
slopes, Switzerland’s longest illuminated night slope (4.2 km), a
snow park with a half-pipe, a bag
jump and various runs with that ‘big
mountain feeling’.
with the Piz Bernina and the Piz
Roseg towering in the background;
on the other, the visitor can see
alpine peaks and the idyllic lake
scenery of the Engadin.

MURTÈL MIDDLE STATION
LA CHÜDERA
The self-service restaurant is the linchpin of the skiing resort. The restaurant
offers pizza, fast-food meals, a giant salad buffet and many other culinary
delights. Inside the bistro the snow athletes power up with snacks and coffee.
The sun terrace is a perfect spot for lazing around.
The La Chüdera restaurant on the Furtschellas is a real insider’s tip: enjoy the
magnificent view of the lakes and the mountains, homemade pasta in the Stübli,
classic dishes like Bratwurst and Rösti (sausage and potatoes) in the self service
area and a cozy coffee lounge. Remo Eschle and his team will surprise you.

KUHSTALL
RESTORANT ALPETTA
Where cows are kept in summer, people dine in winter. The Kuhstall (literally
the ‘cow barn’) at the Furtschellas descent is unique and also a little bit crazy
– just like the restaurant’s host Freddie Zwimpfer. In the daytime he dishes up
hearty meals and in the evening he serves gourmet dishes and plays party
sounds. Don’t miss out on the Kuhstall experience!
The rustic and cozy hut awaits the athletes in the middle of the Chastelets slope.
Host Dorigo, an Engadin local, serves tasty regional meals, such as grill
specialties, meat dishes from his own hunting, polenta prepared in a big pot,
and fine wines.

OSTERIA RABGIUSA
STÜVETTA GIAND’ALVA
The big sun terrace of the Osteria Rabgiusa got even more welcoming this past
winter. It was renovated and equipped with a windscreen last summer. The
ideally located ski hut between the Furtschellas and the Corvatsch is the place
for all those who are looking for tranquility or need a little snack.
The Stüvetta Giand’Alva offers regional dishes such as barley soup, the Bündner
Plättli (a selection of cold meat) or Pizzoccheri (buckwheat tagliatelle). When
the weather is good, the cozy terrace invites visitors to linger for a while. The
perfect stop before the Hahnensee run!
